The two men who came to take out 12 itemised pieces of furniture from storage company were terrific. They had to move items from front,back and sides of storage unit and not once was thete any moans and groans. Truly professionsl removal men and i eould recomend then to anyone. Brilliant work ethic very hrlpful and understanding. Cannot complain about the Company at all.

The end to end process was great- right from the initial quotation , followed by their ability to arrange for packing and moving at short notice and the packing/moving experience itself.

I contacted Jones services- Removals and storage after reading customer reviews. Right from the start Kate was very courteous and professional. Good communications throughout the process. She carried out a video survey of the stuff I wanted moved by them. Gave a competitive quote.
On the day of the move. The driver telephoned and told me they would be there at the arranged time and arrived promptly.
Kyran and Ashley were amazingly helpful professional and courteous. All the furniture was covered to prevent scratches.
They placed items where I wanted at the other end. Couldn’t fault anything from start to finish. Highly professional and caring company. I would definitely use them again and would have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

Great communication from Kate Jones with a competitive quote, followed up with fantastic service for my client’s move. Ben and Jon protected the carpets with floor coverings and packed quickly and carefully, using specialist packing materials for valuables like TVs and pictures.
The move team on the day was Ben and Dharmendra and they were brilliant. They delivered everything as requested and were friendly and considerate throughout. It was reassuring to see that my clients were in the hands of experienced professionals. I will definitely recommend Jones again in future.

I would literally not use any other removal company. Jones services are amazing. They have done two house moves for me in recent times and for both they have been absolutely amazing. The communication from Kate as well as the drivers on the day was first class my move involved going to my home but also to storage to collect half of my items and the team were excellent.

I can’t recommend these guys enough for a very reasonable price as well. They provide for an additional charge flooring cover and they are extra careful for when moving your items. I also had some items put into storage for my first move and the amount of wrapping that they did on them was really good. Every single thing that came out of the storage was just as I had put it in there. I know that is something you would expect anyway, but they just take so much care and attention over what they do and are so professional about it at the same time.

A great experience from beginning to end.

The team arrived at 8:30am and had our three bed packed up and ready to move by just gone 11am.

The guys helped us to pack up a few last bits and really took care of the fragile items / valuables.

We were slightly delayed getting our keys so a few more of the team turned up to move us into our new house as soon as possible.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and professionalism of the team.

From initial consultation to final move date, nothing was too much trouble. We had to change dates several times, change removal service to storage on one property and gave very short notice on final move date. Throughout all this, Kate never once made us feel as if we were causing issues and bent over backwards to help.

Her team were a lovely bunch of lads, helpful, professional and willing to please. I have no hesitation in recommending Jones Services to anyone.

Jones Services - Removals and Storage provided a good overall experience. Communication was excellent, especially from Kate who was always available to address questions. The removal team, including Lee and Ryan, were efficient and worked with enthusiasm and speed, making the process seamless. They were also friendly, which helped ease the stress of moving. I paid extra for dismantling and reassembling a large Ikea wardrobe, which was worth the cost. Although there were some issues with unexpected additional charges on moving day and minor damages, the service itself remained efficient and organized. The team arrived early and completed the move swiftly. Despite some minor drawbacks, like additional fees and slight miscommunication regarding damage, the service was commendable overall. Would recommend their services, with a note to clarify all potential charges upfront.

My first ever house move was made as easy as it could be with the 3 men from Jones's enthusiastic and efficient approach. Friendly men who just got on with the job. I paid extra to have a large Ikea wardrobe dismantled and reassembled, it was worth every penny.

Many thanks to you for your help in moving us from Birmingham City Centre to Stourbridge this February. Right from the off a great service with a face time viewing of our house followed by a speedy quote. The numbers looked great and we confirmed we would like to use you pretty much instantly. Kate was there to patiently answer any questions I had ( and there were plenty) and on the day of removal the team arrived early, worked swifty and had us ready to roll in around two and a half hours. Emptying into our bungalow was fast and efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending your services, which include great value and safe efficient, organised and tidy transportation of our stuff to their new destination. I would really like to thank the Jones services removals team for all their help on my moving day Feb 2024! The most stressful day ever and they ensured that I understood what was happening next and answered all of my silly nervous questions. They were quick and efficient and ensured my furniture and belongings were well looked after, packed safely on the van and unpacked and placed into the correct rooms that I needed them in. The lads were also bubbly and chatted throughout the move which made me feel less stressed and showed they were not robots and normal people doing a great job! Thanks all and I would highly recommend the service.

We were really pleased with Jones removals company. Kate took the time to go through everything we needed moving to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible. We had 4 removal guys arrive promptly on our moving day and they moved everything very swiftly to the new house, they were so efficient. We moved on the coldest day of the year and the guys just got on with the work, they worked extremely hard. We were all moved in by 2pm. They also took great care with our furniture, and wrapped things in specific bags (microwave) to ensure things moved across safely. The guys were very friendly, we were really pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this company. They will make your moving experience stress free, that's all you want when you move.

Quoted free with storage unit deal but told on the day staircase charge per staircase, I'd mentioned lift may be out of order a week ahead but no costs mentioned upfront even though I'd asked if stairs would increase quote cost told "it's fine". Would also have been useful to know they'd smashed through one of the removal boxes, the cost of the one box which was stored so not seen damaged on its side, unless you pulled it out of the stack, £4.50 deducted but as I can only buy them I packs of 10, Space Station equivalent box £6.. The few quid deducted coupled with the high train fare and 3 buses to travel back not worth the inconvenience, Let alone damage to items in the box. Was hounded to sign the form right after removal, then after drop off called 3/4 times on my way to the unit, barely few minutes to inspect the items and was on several buses so took time getting to the unit. Would not be using them again only due to damage and even though staircase charge halved it should have been waived especially as they were late, wasn't worth the expensive box damages, car park charge and staircase sprung on the day charge, how much was asked before job undertaken week before and again just before they started but only told me after they'd moved the items, had no choice on charges, damage or way it was packed in the unit it took up 1/3 more space which costs more, had to take everything out to repack it, few items had signs to store which way up, these all ignored with TV placed upside down. Friendly bunch but disappointed with additional costs given the service.

First contact onwards was extremely approachable, professional and reassuring. Kate assessed the practicalities and provided a competitive quote. She was most accommodating when we had to re-arrange dates. Boxes, paper/bubble wrap and pens were prior delivered by Mark giving us plenty of time to pack, and gave him an opportunity to assess any potential difficulties. Kate's hint on using our own towels etc for extra padding on fragile objects proved invaluable. Turned up on time and were quick to pack everything and were careful not to damage infrastructure nor furniture/goods. The three man team worked together well, polite and friendly - nothing too much trouble. Everything placed where we wanted including garden plant pots. They were fantastic and made an anxious time fraught free and almost pleasurable! No hesitation in recommending Jones Removals Services - a great family business.
