I ordered what was advertised as an authentic Italian leather bag. What I received was a cheap vinyl material. I asked to return and was offered a 10% discount.. when I refused they upped the offer to 20%. When I refused they sent a return label to China and informed me that the return shipping would be on me and would be 50% or more if the purchase price.. I’ve been scammed.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is a complete fraud, I totally agree with all the comments and complaints. Yesterday I asked my bank and credit card company to investigate in an attempt to get my money back for three items - waiting to hear the results of that.

Just now I tried to visit their website, but I see that its now been taken down. I do however have photographs of their false advertising.

Wished like many others I had taken the time to check reviews before ordering. Lesson learned!

THIEVES,This Company or SCAM should be on a Blacklist..I fell for this and thought to myself how could you..There very good @ Stealing..It has come down to a investigation on all purchases unless there a bigger company..Sadly this does not help small business that needs new customers.. Bruce B

Yes, received my handbag today and agree with what everyone is saying. SCAM. No Junie, just fake leather from China. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned.

Bought 2 items from the website. Both were advertised as:"100% genuine full-grain leather". Pure lie. Just faux leather, so items were overpriced at least 3 times.

This doesn’t deserve a star. It’s a SCAM pure and simple. Save your $$$. Keep reporting the rip-offs.

This company is a scam they are located out of Hong Kong. I would ask that every single person who is reading these reviews that they go and they report it off of Google all you simply do is just type in the Junie Boutique in the Google search bar you will have three or four dots right to the side click on that push report and then claim it as being a scam please do your part to stop this thievery

I complained about this company 2 years ago and she is still out here taking advantage of us. What a shame we have no way of taking her down.......pure CHINA crap!

I dont want to give any star, very bad product like plastic and the return policy is scam
they using picture of somebody else and picture of bags as well. hope they will catch them.

I placed an order for two purses and then cancelled my order within five minutes after reading bad reviews of this website.. Their website warns cancellations cannot be made after 30-munutes of purchase but this appears to be dishonest as I clearly cancelled well within their stated time frame. About an hour later I received an email indicating they did not cancel my order. Avoid this website is my recommendation.

"As your order is currently being processed, we are unable to cancel it at this stage. However, please rest assured that we are committed to ensuring your package is delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible."

On a good note: I received a full refund. This occurred following a few email exchanges wherein I stressed my cancellation request was well within the 30-minute restriction. PLEASE be aware.

Ordered what was supposed to be quality leather only to receive inferior quality , smelly leather.One zipper was broken, color was different than ordered. The entire purchase was not what was ordered or expected.
Because of return shipping costs it is not worth the time nor effort to return so will need to eat the cost because the purse is such poor quality it is not giftable to anyone.

This company is a scam. Do not order from them. They do not comply with their published cancellation policy, which states if you email them within 30 minutes of the initial order submission, they will cancel the order. They do not and state that the order is processing. Please report this company to the US authorities:

Also, report the fraud with your credit card company to dispute the transaction and stop payment. I hope this helps.

I looked at the website and there are clues everywhere that this is a scam. The appearance of the woman does not match her stated age. There is no name in italian that is Junie. The letter J is not in the italian alphabet. Many bags in small artisan shops in Italy are made by hand so the story of this fictional artisan is not unique. No artisan in Italy selling handmade bags would discount them 80% and retire. Rather the shop would be passed along to a member of the family and exist another 50 years.

SCAM. I git sucked in by the last ad about somebody retiring and selling off inventory. I bought two bags, neither of which were tr real leather. The one, the zipper.broke within weeks rendering the bag useless. The other looks really cheap - Walmart quality at best, but really junkie. Customer Service was non-responsive.

I rate this company 0 stars, not one star. It should be shut down. I received an unattractive plastic handbag that I now have to pay to return. There is no Joanie, these bags are made of plastic, in China. It shipped from China into JFK airport.

100% scam. They don't even try to hide it. The Junie's label was carelessly slapped on top of something in Chinese. There are no returns. If you contact them they try to get you to agree to forego a return, for which they offer as much as a 15% refund. At which point they stop answering emails. Is there any remedy other than this review?
