Purchased 2 supposedly leather bags received vinyl products

This is a scam chinese company selling cheap plastic goods. They previously advertised under Grace's Handbags. Identical ad with same story and pictures. It's impossible to get your money back and your credit card company will be of no help.

This company needs to be stop....but nothing will happen because another one will just pop up. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

RUN! Look elsewhere! We regret doing business with Junieboutique.com. The purse was shoddily made and feels more like vinyl than leather. They do have thirty-day returns, if you’re willing to pay more in shipping and handling than the purse is worth to return it to China. They say they’re going out of business. I doubt that but do fervently hope it is true. One less rip-off company for the world to have to deal with.

These bags are not handmade and they are not real leather. They are cheap knockoffs from China and sent from California and take two weeks for delivery. This is a total scam.

The handbag I purchased based on the online picture and description is nowhere close to the one received. I base this on the size and shape, description, quality, and materials. Junie’s is definitely a fraudulent company and should be prosecuted on repeated felonies.

SCAM! Pure junk. Not as advertised. Apparently Junie is retiring in China. The package arrives with return address of Illinois. Then their so called simple easy return policy says you must pay for shipping of return to CHINA. Then they inform you that shipping to CHINA will cost more than you paid for the junk bag. So they will offer you a 10% discount from your original purchase if you just decide to keep the junk. It is mail fraud plain and simple. The package ships from an address of a US post office in Illinois with NO P.O.Box. Number and no company name. Best advice is to refuse the package from UPS. If it’s too late and it gets left on your porch don’t open it. Refuse it back to UPS and stop the credit card charge.

Absolute fraud, scam. Products are complete junk and misrepresentation of items. Then company extorts you on the "return" saying you must send the items that were supposed to be made in Italy back to China for some outrageous amount. Google, American Express and all internet outlets should be notified and this company should be banned from selling in the United States. All complaints should be filed with the FTC and all commerce companies to STOP THIS FRAUD AND COUNTERFIETING OF BAGS BEING SOLD TO UNSUSPECTING BUYERS IN THE US.

Update, now they tell me I have to pay to send it back to China with lots of add on costs. Has anyone been suscessful with a return?

It came from China. Very small bag. It doesn't hold too much. And I thought by picture it would. It's good for around town but thats it. What bothers me i tracked it and it came from China.

I bought two of the large bags from Junie Boutique. The ad was 75% off of genuine leather bags as she is retiring. In three weeks, I received the bags made of cheap fabric backed vinyl.
I wanted to send it back for refund. They gave me an address in China and told me to pay for the return saying it would be 60% of the price of merchandise, or keep the bag with 20% partial refund.
I chose 20% refund.
It is a fraud to advertise as genuine leather, when it is vinyl. The bags are coming from China. Junie advertise the bags are rated 4.9 out of 5, which is also a fraud.
Frankly, Junie is fraudulent.

I wish I would have come here first-as I usually do with any new site I am thinking of purchasing from. So, I ordered 2 purses. One was the real deal and the other was a flimsy, plastic bag that did not even fit the description of the one I thought I was purchasing. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. The label was from China. I doubt there really is a "Junie Boutique" anywhere. Sad, because the one purse I received is very nice. Buyer beware!!!!

The website photo of "junie" in her workshop, and a story about her retiring & needing to sell off inventory of genuine hand-stitched leather bags is all bogus. There is no real JUNIE, and the bags are pure junk, made from a cheap who-knows-what material. "Bags" are not sturdy real leather - they are so thin they fit in a flimsy plastic mailing envelope sent from China! Then they are re-sent from a private person's address in CA, but the credit card is billed in the UK. Total SCAM.

Seeing all these negative reviews I count myself lucky. My experience is that the system kept denying my credit card. I tried three different cards and was declined. Perhaps something was wrong with their system but thanks be to God; I looked at the reviews. My fear is now that I have to check my cards to ensure that they are not used. This is horrible. I really liked the bag I was going to buy.

I’d give this company a zero. I do a lot of on-line shopping and avoid all Chinese companies like the plague! But this one fooled me by designing a very cute website with “Junie” as an American woman. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They send me a plastic bag with zippers with no real pockets. The zipper moves and nothing there. The material is real plastic. I would not take this if it was free. It's a throw away bag, feels like a grocery bag. The company is based in china and they make you ship it back to china at your expense. Had to get my credit card to dispute this. Crazy awful!

I just ordered two purses. They were a great price with 15 and 25 % off. I usually check reviews first but foolishly did not this time! I'm so upset to read these reviews. I don't know when I'll get my delivery but I am not looking forward to it. I guess it's a lesson learned.
Update: Just got my order!!! OMG!!! If my granddaughters were younger I would give it to them to play with. What a scam this is!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM 😤
