These folks are definitely a scam! Their advertising says leather handmade purses and what you get is cheap plastic Chinese knockoffs! I have an email from them admitting they use false advertisement but they still won’t refund my money and the don’t provide pre-paid return labels. If I want a refund I have to pay to ship to China which will cost more than the bags. Why does Facebook and other sites allow theses scam sites? Our world really sucks!

the bags are NOT LEATHER AND ARE CHEAP LOOKING....not even a good knock off. The "Return Policy" is bogus too...if you received items from California & Texas that is front....the company is located in China and that is where you need to return at a 50 to 60% cost of the product!!!

Keep your money and buy something else. This site/company is a scam. They are shipped from China so it takes weeks to receive. They arrive flattened out with a bad odor. They ARE NOT leather.
As for the “money back guarantee”. Only if you’re prepared to return to China at your cost. When you complain, they offer you 20% back to keep them. I mistakenly ordered two and hated them so much I threw them out. This is their second site in 4 months. Again, not leather, horribly wrinkled, and not hand made. Purses look nothing like the pics.
Buyer beware. Buy something that is actually real.

I just wanted to share, this same scam was around last year at this time preceding the holidays. It was the same woman with a different name using the same so called leather type bags, belts and leather apron.
I recognized her immediately

Received the order today and the handbags are not LEATHER, plain plastic vinyl material. Poor bag construction and less than desirable quality. In accordance with your 30 days refund policy, please refund my money due to fraudulent advertisement. Will be returning the bags to you in Coppell, TX. Return my entire payment and no additional action will be taken. Anything less than the total purchase is NOT acceptable $143.00.
Look forward to your response indicating a full refund of my purchase price.

Bag cheaply made came with broken zipper. Don't believe what you see. After ordering found another website with same photos but different name

I believe I was scammed am so glad I didn't order a lot of things and from reading what everyone has said I guess I won't be receiving my order..

This is a complete scam. It takes 3 weeks to get the item and it is the lowest quality. And, it's from China so you can't return it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE

I’m embarrassed to admit I was completely fooled by the nice website which features a lovely older lady who is retired and selling her beautiful leather handbags at a discount. The photos depict leather bags you might see in a high-end department store but for a fraction of the price. That should have clued me in, but I didn’t understand this was a scam until I saw it was being shipped from China. The bag I finally received is the cheapest, plastic, flimsy purse I’ve ever seen. When I asked to return it they offered me 10% off to keep it, then 20% off. When I insisted on a full refund they sent complicated instructions with an address in Hong Kong and a warning that customs fees would be very high. I have filed a dispute with American Express for a refund. Hopefully they can make me whole, but anyone who reads this should learn from my experience and stay away from this scam website.

Scam I ordered and it went through my bank but no goods. Contacted them and just keep getting the run around that it has been shipped. Yeh right. Warning don't order from them

I wish I could rate "her" a zero minus. This site is a scam!! They bate you with "going out of business LEATHER bag sale" and then send you a smaller, pleather/plastic version. My credit card company reversed the charges because Junie tried to keep my money by offering me a discount on the bag. I told her customer serv. rep. I don't carry trash.

This is not USA made. The bag I ordered didn't look anything like the bag I received. Shipping is not free. Returning item costs more than the bag. They gave me 20% discount to keep the bag. I had not choice since it was almost triple the cost of the bag to return it.

Company is NOT from the US. Purses come from CHINA and quality is POOR.

SCAM WEBSITE. They claim to be USA Custom Leather Shop going out of business. In reality a Chinese Company selling cheap plastic bags. On website says shipped by UPS and when I saw tracking from China tried to cancel order. No mention of China on website. Found same bags online made by Grace's Bags in China of fake leather. Bags had Made In China tags. On Junie Boutique website says if unhappy for any reason return within 30 days for full refund. Sophie after 20 emails sent return instructions to China and says cost will be more than I was charged and offered 30% discount to settle. Filed American Express Dispute ONGOING.

I had a very disappointing experience with this
company. The way they conduct their business
is misleading and untrustworthy. This is an AI generated company out of China. I did not receive
what was promised. I strongly advise others to be
very cautious before dealing with this company.
