I ordered an item on Feb 1st which was listed as "in stock" and available for dispatch within 5 days. 2 weeks later no sign of the item, I rang and was told it hadn't been sent yet, and was in warehouse. I therefore cancelled the item. Our credit card had already been charged (despite them assuring me it wouldn't be charged until the item was sent). No refund yet.
On March 6th we received an email saying the item was now in the warehouse and would be sent on march 11th! I've rung again, I was assured yet again that I would received a refund and that the person who did the refunds was in a meeting. Hmmm. I'm not holding my breath. Luckily we paid ona credit card and the item was over £100 so we have a way of reclaiming the money.
In short, DO NOT USE this company

My order is not yet dispatched after 21 days and they keep making excuses and promises. I requested a refund but said they can't do it because my order is being dispatched, but at the same time they can't give me a tracking number! This is a joke of a company!!!!

Ordered a £122 ironing board and still not delivered after 5 days, 6 emails and 4 phone calls. They never call you back and don't care about customers at all. I even emailed the manager (or owner!!) twice and never got a response. The product increased in price by £20 n the 5 days!! coincidence?
I finally got a refund in day 5

Bought a Brabantia ironing board cover - fits perfectly as to be expected from this company. Response to order and delivery time excellent.

The rotary air dryer was offered at a good price, and the line was promptly delivered. When it arrived however one of the arms had not been assembled properly. Rather than go to the nuisance of returning it, I found a copper replacement stud to put in place. This has detracted from the product, however. It seems to show poor quality control.

Easy to use and find way round the site. Biscuit barrel is great, but not the same model as on the box it came in! The only difference is the lid colour - mine is steel, the one on the packet was black. Other than that, its excellent. Packaging was unbelievably good - masses of bubble wrap around box, inside a huge box!

No progress,dispatch info for 4 days had to phone premium rate number off mobile costing me a few quid after 4 days i was passed around on phone then promised a call back after they check with warehouse call came over 6 hours later delivery promised for next day product arrived next day not happy as I arrranged for someone to stay in to take delivery for previous 3 days communication should have been a lot better not quite the promp delivery I was expecting

I love brabrantia products, so it was great to find a site that deals with only their products. Product arrived when it was supposed to, well packaged. Thank you

My ironing board cover was worn out. Checked the size needed against brabantia standard choices. Several covers availablele for my board. Arrived quickly and fits perfectly.

Ordered one afternoon - website good - delivered within 48 hours - good product & service

We've had a Brabantia pedal bin for 20yrs. So when it came to getting a replacement there seemed only one route to take. Another Brabantia. well made, strongly constructed & functional.

No problem with order and arrived very quickly. thanx

Unimpressed, still no goods 8 days after ordering and paying.
Quick to ask for a review even prior to bring sent a tracking number!
Now have to spend time trying to get a refund just more bother

Hi I placed an order in 1/4/13 and waited 9 days and did not recieve item or an email explaining what was happening so i rang just brabantia to ask the whereabouts of my order to be told oh sorry we should have your item in stock in about 14 days then when we recieve it we will post it out to you! so draw your own conclusions.

Paid extra for 24 hour delivery so when it didn't turn up the next day I was told that it had still not been dispatched. I was given a refund of the delivery charge and the young man on the phone was very apologetic and polite. Thought it may have turned up the next day Saturday but it still hasn't arrived yet, Tuesday.
