Appalling customer service!
I returned a faulty Padel racket on 3 June by recorded next day delivery at Gary’s request. I have chased every couple of days since and keep getting fobbed off- I tried going direct to my bank for a refund and Just Rackets refused this- despite having had my racket for over 25 days and promising an exchange that has never materialised.
Whenever you ring and ask for Gary he’s not available and yet is the only one who can apparently handle these queries- you leave a message for him to call and it never happens- dreadful customer service and will be taken further if the racket or refund is not forthcoming.

We fully appreciate how frustrating this situation must be. Your return was received and promptly forwarded to Head UK for inspection and resolution, as is required for warranty assessments. Unfortunately, the turnaround time from Head UK has been significantly slower than expected, and this has caused a delay beyond our usual service standards.
We understand that the lack of timely updates and the difficulty in reaching our returns manager, Gary, has only added to your frustration — for this, we sincerely apologise. We take full responsibility for the poor communication and are taking steps internally to improve our handling of these cases.
Please rest assured that we are actively chasing Head UK for a resolution and will contact you directly as soon as we receive confirmation. If we do not receive a satisfactory response from them within the next few days, we will explore an alternative way to resolve this for you directly.

Pretty good overall
Just rackets are reliable and good value. They sent me the racket I requested and with good information throughout. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that they strung the racket with Wilson Sensation 15 and not 17 as requested. If the 17 wasn’t in stock, I would have preferred a call, as the 15 is a different string. One of those things though.

I’ve looked into why your restring took four days, and it appears that we’ve experienced a particularly busy period with a high volume of tennis racket sales. As we’re currently offering a free restring (valued at £34.00) with orders over £150.00, this added demand unfortunately caused a delay in getting your racket restrung.
Please accept our apologies for the wait.
To help prevent this happening again, we’ve now invested in a second electronic stringing machine, which will allow us to complete restrings more quickly going forward.

Spoke with Scott and he gave excellent advice and organised a hybrid string job and specifically weighted new racket out the same day (a Friday) which could have arrived Saturday had Royal Mail done their job properly. Did receive it late Monday however which was still quicker than I expected.
Love the racket and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Just Rackets to my coaching clients, in fact I already have! 🎾💫
