Ordered 2 items one was exactly what I ordered and was perfect.
However there was a problem with the 2nd item and this is where they fell short because having to only contact them by email they don’t acknowledge your email or indeed answer you.
Very poor customer relations.

Service with a style
I ordered five extra large gloves unfortunately one of them was a medium/large. Had it been a perfect delivery it would have been a 5 star rating. Everything was excellent besides this minor point

I ordered shoes in a size 7 and was…
I ordered shoes in a size 7 and was sent a size 2.5! I needed them for a specific date - so it was a complete waste of time. I sent an email to the company and they didn't even respond. Incredibly disappointing. Especially as I had to return the shoes at my cost for their mistake!
