Great product. Only received one renewal reminder a month before renew date. No further follow up until policy had expired. Had to start a new policy. A simple further reminder email or call would have made it all the better.

Initial problem however this was easily sorted with a phone call. Pleased that call waiting time was minimal. Website is easy to use. All in all great system and service for quote and payment. Given I live overseas it makes life easy when the company I deal with has a good website and is easy to contact via skype

Took a few days to be clear what was covered would have liked to be able to physically speak yo an agent to discuss what I couldn’t quite grasp.

Phone answers quickly, staff are knowledgeable, super efficient and polite.
The price is also excellent and I have full confidence in this company.

Not good. The lady I spoke to who said her name was Toni was rather bombastic when I said paying on line was hardly increasing security when you ask for my name and date of birth over the telephone. I think some retraining is called for there. I did receive the email OK and made payment on line with no problem.

Toni the consultant I spoke with and chatted on line was exceptional. Dealt quickly and efficiently with my query

It would have been 5 stars BUT this is the second time I have not received a renewal quote and had to go through the whole process again to insure a property.I tried to phone but was put on hold for ages before I just gave up.I also left a message on chat but nothing came back.I insure 2 properties with you but you make it hard work to get a renewal. Agent wasn’t at all helpful when I tried to negotiate my annual quote. I was simply told once you get a quote there’s nothing we can do about it - I’m a long standing customer

Helpful over phone, easy to use web site, quick and efficient service

They provide the cover we need as a landlord and make it easy for us to renew each year and remain covered. We have not yet had cause to make a claim so can not comment of this element of their service but have been with them for years and are very happy with how convenient it is with online services.

Had to phone twice. First payment wouldn't go through, so had to start again after a further 'phone call. A renewal form should be included in renewal notice.

Just taken out insurance on a house I have which is up for sale. Process was simple and easy to understand. Of course how good the insurance is, is in the proof of the eating, and I cannot comment further at this stage. Thanks
