Item was out of stock ... which they told me only after I had paid for it and despite their website showing it was available.
(On the plus side, at least they told me the same morning, and not two weeks later like Comet.)

A good experience. The website gave clear information about the product, and communication was good. As I live within a reasonable distance I preferred to collect the item in person, which they were able to facilitate.
