This item has stopped working no idea why all iv done in Bluetooth some music to it and now will not work

I have purchased several ACE PSUs, and usually seemed reasonable,
BUT... Recently had cause to contact them when a brand new (spare) PSU failed after a few days. They wanted to know all the components I had fitted in my PC (which I supplied). Nothing!

Four weeks later I complained again. They again asked for all the info. I told them they had all the requested information
Send us the PSU. So I resupplied the information, and sent the PSU to their returns address.
Nothing wrong with it they said, our experts have fully checked it every wire, and fitted it to a test PC, where it worked perfectly.
Hmmm, ok, send it back and I'll re-fit it. sorry for wasting your time.
If you want it returned, that'll cost another £4.50. Send us the money, and we will send it back to you.

So I paid up, and .... nothing!
Then they lied about having returned it. Still with the carrier they said.
Then they lied about how they sent it.
When it did arrive I checked it, and guess what... still faulty, and no sign whatsoever that they had even looked at it, as the original seal was still in place. no report on what they had (allegedly) checked or the results of any checks.
So I wrote to them again.... Nothing!

Bottom line, they can't be trusted, and their Customer Service is totally disjointed and ineffectual.
Steer clear unless you don't care about, or value Customer Service. So I'm left with a faulty ACE PSU, and am out of pocket by £9 postage, and a whole lot of wasted time.

Happy to confirm any details should anyone like further information.

This is a company who sells faulty goods then ignores your complaints, do your yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

graphics cards are in short supply in 2021. managed to get one here, next day delivery worked great. sent message on delivery time, well packed and works great. will buy here again.

After seeing some poor reviews, I was a bit sceptical about purchasing from them but as I had Paypal, I thought that I'd give them a go. I'm so glad I did.

Not only is the item I ordered in perfect condition and arrived quickly, it was cheaper than anything on eBay and I've used it on my arcade machine perfectly.

Very very impressed with it.

Ordered some 1tb 2.5" laptop hard drives after calling to confirm that the parts where in stock was told by the original sales rep there where 18 units, called back to place an order was told they where down to 17 units. Placed an order for 15 units then received a refund and told no stock. After speaking to them they said we do not hold the stock and they send from suppliers. Really disappointing, just say on the phone when contacted that they are not instock and don't waste my time and my customers time.
Don't order from them!!!
