I received only safety caps while the main steel rods that i ordered never arrived. Raised it with ervi and they are giving incoherent reply to chase with the supplier.

Slow delivery & bad comms
7 days after ordering and paying for a big and bulky delivery, no item received. No despatch email yet and more importantly, not responding to enquiries. I've given up and asked for a refund via email because they don't answer the phone either.

Slow delivery and no communication
Paid for “2-3 days Big and Heavy” delivery. 7 days later it’s still not here. No communication from the company. Poor.

Although there was an issue with my order (couriers fault) it was rectified without issue and an alternative offered.
It's easy to talk to them on the phone to resolve issues.
