The Fencing Pins ordered came at a very realistic price and were extremely good value for money. Despite being bulky and heavy, carriage was reasonably priced and delivery, which was tracked, was quick and easy. A very good experience all round and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ordered some fence spikes. Arrived but wrong ones sent. Contacted them (Bob) Offered them cheap but of no use.
Apparently replacement to arrive today.
Asked for tracker - no reply.
Repackaged wrong ones and are ready for collection - no reply
Checked today for update - no reply. Suggested refund - no reply as yet.
All logged via emails for proof.
I don't mind a problem, it's how you deal with it.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Recently placed first modest order with Just the Job. Prices were good and delivery prompt but unfortunately with a mistake on one item. So far not so good, however it was the response which caused me to give the 5 star rating. I called Emma who sorted the issue rapidly and very much to my satisfaction making me feel it was a personal matter to put things right and that I was happy.

I needed some 15mm pipe insulation and having researched prices I found Just the Job at Holmes Chapel to be the most competitive. They didn't stock the 2metre lengths I required, but Emma was most helpful and got a price for me and explained about lead time. As the price was still the best and they followed up on my call I ordered 265m of 2m insulation
