I sent an email inquiring about my order when it hadn’t been mailed after 10 days. I never received a reply but I quickly received an automated email that the order had been sent. I don’t know if there was any correlation.

I wouldn't even give 1 star for this…

I would not even give 1 star for this jeweller. I bought ear rings for my daughter in royal caribbean ship and clearly mentioned to the sales person its for my toddler. They mentioned it a good product and hard to come off from ears. I bought the product on April 29th and my daughter wore it for 2 days. She lost 1 ear ring as it easily comes off without any effort. These products are expensive but doesn't meet basic safety.

custom made necklace…

I ordered a custom made necklace onboard a cruise ship to match a ring previously purchased. 6 moths down the line I still I haven’t had what I ordered. Now told by customer services after a very heated conversation during which I was spoken to as if I’m an imbecile that it is not possible to have what I ordered. I will not buy anything else from this company. Customer services need to take a good hard look at themselves. I feel sorry for the sisters who are now running the company having their good name tarnished by poor salesmen and their customer services team.

My wife has purchased 2 Kallati pieces…

My wife has purchased 2 Kallati pieces on cruise ships. Her Tanzanite stone faded extremely after 2 years and her Burmese stone ring broke after 1 week. Customer service told her there is nothing they can do since it's out of warranty. Basically they are selling high priced low quality stones and jewelry and not really backing their product. We will see what they do regarding the ring. So far not impressed with this company.

I ordered a tanzanite pendant from QVC…

I ordered a tanzanite pendant from QVC on 12/17, & it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. The wrong one was delivered, & I cannot get the correct one sent to me. Is the problem with Kallati, or QVC. I could really use some help.

Update to 11/8/2024 review. To right their wrong this company gifted me a really nice Tanzanite pendant as an additional apology. I think that was a very good gesture from a customer service perspective.

Purchased a beautiful Alexandrite ring…

Purchased a beautiful Alexandrite ring from a trunk show in July and was told by the Kallati rep that the piece comes with a certificate of authenticity. I thought great which was one of the deciding factors that made me purchase from the show. 2 months or so later I still had not received my document in the mail or digitally. I reached out to the store that had the show and was told the rep was contacted a month prior and was advised at that time it would be mailed out. I had to email Kallati directly attach my purchase receipt to maybe help speed up the process. Awful because they should have had all the information. A few days later, in now November, Mo responds that the certificate was mailed and couldn't be sent via email only to discover it was emailed to the stores manager here in Sacramento and they put the wrong $$ amount on the certificate and he had to let them know. Ummmmm I emailed Mo my purchase receipt so how in the WORLD did Mo get it wrong. Paying attention to detail is very important in business and in life so please do better! Thanks to the manger at Jared I received my Certificate of Authenticity via email because he caught the error and had Kallati correct it!! This has been an unnecessary nightmare and because of this hassle I WILL NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM KALLATI EVER AGAIN!!! The website says a certificate of authenticity comes with its pieces!! This is no way to do business and furthermore treat customers that have spent a lot of money on jewelry made by Kallati. DO BETTER! This practice does not show integrity or show that Kallati values its customer base. DO BETTER!

`I purchased a beautiful watch the first night of our Royal Caribbean cruise. Jody helped me with the purchase, and also showed me some other items that i did not want to buy. Anytime during my cruise when i went in the store again, she never hounded or hassled me to purchase anything from her. One morning I saw her, waved, and said i'd be back later. I went back later to purchase beautiful pink sapphire jewelry. When I came back, she was on break, so the store manager was going to help me. I told him no, I'd rather wait for Jody so she gets the credit. I appreciated him so much when he said Jody would get the credit for this sale. We agreed on a price and I purchased the jewelry. Two days later, I picked up the certificate of authenticity. It was a smooth and easy transaction. Thank you so much Jody and the gentleman store manager (i am so sorry I forgot your name). I absolutely love my ring and earrings. Thank you so very much!!!
