When I called about my ring everything went as they told me it would. The time frame, the price, everything. I am very happy with their customer service. It is second to none.

When I called about my ring, someone actually answered the phone. They were pleasant and very helpful. The person told me what I needed to do, sent me the proper paperwork, told me the estimate and time frame for the repair. Everything went exactly as she said it would. I am very happy with the my phone ing. I would not hesitate to purchase another piece of jewelry from them.

I bought a Kallati diamond pendant on a Royal Caribbean cruise . WOULD NEVER NEVER DO IT AGAIN.
Trying to honour the refund guarantee. Been 6 months in the making. They want to refund it to a closed credit card. Appalled.Wish Kallati USA would assist, but no- they won’t and ROYAL CARIBBEAN / Starboard Cust service want to refund to a fraudulent card despite requesting they send it to Royal Caribbean AU where our accounts can be validated for the refund. AWFUL AWFUL.

I bought a rare unheated tanzanite and diamond ring, absolutely beautiful, I purchased this ring on Iona P & O for £2,800.00 in 2022, I have today had revalued and the valuation is now £5,600.00 not that I have any intention of selling it, but I am very pleased as this will be passed down to my only granddaughter in due course.
Beautiful pear shaped stone surrounded with brilliant cut diamonds 14k white gold beautiful.

Excellent customer service

Mo, my customer service rep was extremely helpful. She helped me as soon after I dialed their number. The hallmarked pendant was purchased on eBay and the stone fell out and Kallati replaced for a reasonable amount. It came back absolutely brand new. Thank you so much.

We are currently on a cruise. I went to buy a piece of jellewery that cost over $9k negotiated with a guy called George who said it was 50% off down to over $4k. Unfortunately, at that time I had issues with my card and didn’t purchase it at that time. We went passed the shop and they were in the middle of an auction and offered everyone going passed raffle tickets. We were given some and they told us to come back for the raffle and were told we didn’t have to stay for the auction. We went out and about and I was able to fix my card. I went back with friends for the ruffle and planned to buy the piece. The raffle started and George was getting a few tickets out but unfortunately there was not winner as a lot of people were given the tickets and left. He then decided to change the rules and stated only the people who were in the auction were allowed to participate took tickets of those people and left all the others watching uncomfortably including us. It felt uncomfortable and vindictive, people starting leaving and I personally decided to leave and not stay to further purchase the piece. One cannot trust someone and a company who change their rules to their convenience, who has not respect for customers and cannot keep their word. They are selling a piece of jewellery which you meant to believe is real and trustworthy and they are obviously not. I would give my business to someone else thank you. Do yourself a favour and do not go anywhere close to these people who have not respect for their customers and do not keep their word.

I have just taken a cruise on Royal Caribbean and bought an $60,000 worth of jewelry. However they have taken $143,000 out of my account. Do not deal with these people typical Indian con artists. I would not recommend Royal Caribbean ever if this is what they allow.

Poor workmanship

I purchased a diamond ring while onboard the Quantum OTS last month. The sales rep for Kallati was onboard and explained to us that we would be able to upgrade the piece if we wanted to and that it had a full warranty. He did not tell us that we had to spend another $2000 to do so. As we did not receive our warranty and certificate until late on the last night of the cruise we were unaware of this until we got home. I have worn the ring since but happened to get it caught on my dress which has bent the setting all out of shape and I am now unable to wear it. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the workmanship. I guess I am lucky that I didn't lose the diamond. On reading the warranty it seems that the ring is not covered for this so we now have a piece I can not wear or exchange.
We were so impressed with the sales rep on the ship but sadly it seems we were not given all the information and as we were not given the certificate until after 10 pm on the last night we were not able to clarify what we had been told by the rep.
I would advise people not to buy from this jewellery company.

14k Yellow Gold, 5 Rubies & Diamonds ring

I purchased a ring from the Kallati shop aboard The Iona cruise ship in November. Unfortunately the ring I chose was too big, the manager informed me that as it was more than 2 sizes to big it was better to order a new ring in the correct size. She was very helpful and put tracking available on order as I was a bit concerned as I had paid for the ring. She said it would come via FedEx. A parcel duly arrived which had to be signed for. The problem was it was a different ring and only had 3 smaller rubies. I have spoken at length with Kallati customer service who while being extremely helpful, have not resolved the issue and at the end of the day are saying, I have the ring I paid for. Even though I have a photo of the ring I believed I purchased on the cruise taken by the salesman as I couldn’t take the ring with me. That clearly shows 5 rubies. I am not satisfied and will be taking this further. Also it was at the auction price. Same as the Ruby & Diamond necklace we purchased to match the ring two days later. Which also was at a promotional price but luckily i took this with me….
