I'm pretty sure Kate's clothing is the most affordable online store for alternative clothing. I wish I had found Kate's clothing earlier on. The alternative clothing in Sweden is so expensive (there's also not much to choose from). The customer service at Kate's clothing is excellent. As an international customer, you're always worried about the parcel getting lost on its way to you. If you order from Kate's, there is nothing to be worried about. If the Post Office in your country would lose the parcel (in Sweden it happens all the time lol), just send Kate's customer service an email and they will help you. I highly recommend Kate's clothing! :)

I am really happy with my first shopping experience at Kate's clothing. Great company, great customer service, great selection of products, great prices, great quality of clothes, accurate size guide. I ordered items on sale, it was a huge discount plus i got 10% off on top of that when I subscribed. Everything fits me perfectly, the size guide is very accurate. I even asked them to remove an item from my order after I paid, and they changed my order and refunded for the item. The shipping was very fast, they shipped the same day and I got the parcel 2 days later. Shipping was free. Customer service is great, I called them and emailed them about the change in my order and they were so nice and helpful. I will be buying from them again.

I came upon the website by chance and now I can't get enough of it. The clothes are great; quirky and different and the fit is always perfect,. The service is absolutely brilliant, fast and efficient delivery with the added bonus of confirmation e-mails keeping you up to date with your order status. I recently bought some cards and accessories and they were brilliant too. I would 100% recommend this website to those who want something a little bit different to the mundane,every day clothes you can get everywhere else. Just fab.

Kate's Clothing is actually one of the best alternative clothing e-shops. Their prices are affordable, compared to other alternative stores. International shipping is cheap and efficient, that's a big plus for me. My orders always arrive within a few days. Their customer service is excellent, good and fast communication!!! No complaints. Love the fact that they reward you with points for every order and, every now and then, add new products to their sale section.

I love dealing with this company. They are friendly, blisteringly efficient and their clothes are just incredible.

Love this online store!!! I have used Kate’s Clothing quite a bit over the past few years. What’s great about them is they give you lots of information and a detailed description about the items they sell including what they are made from, Ive been onto other online shops which often just say things like ‘lovely soft material’ but this is not very helpful. They also tell you how you can take care of your precious purchases - great to know if you’re not a fan of dry clean only. They always send you email confirmations for order and shipping, and delivery is fast. Free returns and exchanges. I have only had to return something just once because product descriptions are really good. Hopefully their returns process is excellent too. I’ve not had to call their customer service so cannot comment.

A bit too large, but it's ok! I'm a 40EU with big boobs so i ordered it in L, and it was a 42 EU, i had to do some sewing and it's ok! Anyway, very pretty dress and wonderful color! it arrived very fast... Very happy about it!
