I am very impressed with the fitting of our new shower door, tiling and tray which was fitted by two polite guys who are a credit to the company. They also left the en-suite clean and tidy too. Happy customer.

Another job well executed. Damon has done our boiler a couple of times now, and is friendly and professional. He kept me up to date with what was happening, as a simple service turned into a couple of parts being replaced within the boiler, which, if hadn't been noticed could have possibly led to a more (potentially dangerous) situation, so very grateful indeed. Will definitely continue using KDE in the future.

I just want to say how pleased we were that the issue could be fixed as an emergency. The plumber, Wayne was thorough and detailed as well as informative in regard to what the problem was and we were completely thankful that the problem was fixed to the highest standard.

The engineer arrived on time and was very friendly, polite, and worked very unobtrusively and efficiently. He explained what he had done to and the current condition of my boiler and gas fire very clearly.

KDE May not be the cheapest firm that you could use, however, they are extremely professional. They set a date to attend and do so. They listen to your requirements, then advise on how this can best be achieved. They quote quickly. There tradesmen know their stuff. I have been using them for a couple of years now, calling on them frequently for electrical and fire related issues. You could find cheaper firms, but they might well not work out better value. KDE do what you pay them to do. That's what I need.

I had a fault on my boiler, they arrived within 1.30 hours and fixed it. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending KDE, so much so that I have asked for a quote for a new one.

We had a number of lighting and electrical issues to address, requiring a number of visits from KDE. All bookings were made efficiently by the friendly booking staff, who kindly sent electrician Jim each time. Jim is brilliant, and having the continuity was great.

Aaron was great when he came to our home to help with our broken boiler. It’s only 18 months old but wasn’t running hot water.
Aaron came out sorted the issue, serviced the boiler and also sorted the boiler manufacturer to come to our property to complete the last remaining issue.
Used KDE a few times and recommended to others who have used them in our street.
