While having our broadband updated to fibre, we had Imran from Kelly Group come to carry out the works required. I was so impressed at the fact that despite experiencing technical issues he stuck around until the new system was fully functioning. That kind of mindset is hard to find these days so job well done ✅

unreliable. did not arrive in time that they confirmed twice. I had to call multiple times, and then promises about when the person would arrive broken the whole time. Waited the whole day and no one arrived. Openreach should choose someone else.

Stefanos and Josh visited my property at the Perfect time, he also rang before arriving which was perfect as my internet was down and ring door bell would have been useless. Came in detected the odd problem and even replaced a fixture at no cost to me. Definitely recommend. Thanks again fellas

We had a visit today from an engineeer called Harry to look at a broadband that was only running at approximately half it's rated speed, Harry kept me informed at every stage & resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction, he even went the extra mile by demontrating the expected speeds with his tester at the point where the cable would have plugged into the router.

In addition Harry was very friendly & I'd be very happy if he was allocated to a future install or repair job of mine.

I had a very positive experience with Kelly Group. Hossein was professional, polite, and completed the work efficiently. Communication was clear throughout the process, and everything was handled on time. I would definitely recommend their services.

Today we had Andrew visit us to fix a broadband issue we where having he was very polite and took his boots off before entering the property which is nice to see he behaved in a very professional manner and fixed the fault whilst explaining to me what the process was nothing but 5 stars

Charlie Shoesmith was a pleasant young man who made a thorough job of ensuring all was working properly before leaving.

We had an engineer to our property today, a young lad named Andrew. He was absolutely brilliant with explaining the problems and also very efficient. He was also very thorough and made sure everything was sorted. Very friendly and ensured we understood the problem.
