Kelvin Timber Opiniones

Fast, friendly, good quality, great price.

Didn’t arrive on date , after reapeately being told it would be here in 2 hrs.Waiting over a week for top soil as order got lost wouldn’t use akelvin again.

Alan and the team from Kelvin Timber Hamilton branch were fantastic keeping me updated from when I placed the order right through to delivery. Would highly recommend for all your building supplies.

Very easy process from ordering to delivery.

Great service and good quality wood at a reasonable price would recommend Kelvin Timber for fencing

Very efficient process for a small private order. Not in the trade I found the yard a dangerous place without regulation.

Quick delivery and excellent value. Young employee was very helpful. Great local company. Good quality products and an excellent price.

Excellent customer service and delivery. Haven't finished building all the products for decking yet.
so far excellent.

This is a company I would highly recommend. They give a true professional service. The staff listened and could not have been anymore helpful to help with the delivery. Only today l have recommended them. If you need a truly reliable service there is only one place to go.

Instructions for delivery and driver were not added to delivery info so the driver did not have the instructions.
I phoned and asked for 3 slabs to be added to my delivery and although my order was still being loaded this couldn't be done by Lazy member of staff ? ? Or just incompetence ? ? And when lorry arrived it was practically empty so it wasn't full !!

Visited the yard and found the colleagues very friendly and knowledgeable. Found with advice the decorative stones we were looking for and bought 2 ton bags. Delivery was quick and delivery driver friendly and placed the bags exactly where we asked. Unfortunately we had over ordered on one bag. Phoned to advise and they were very quick to uplift the bag and we received our refund. Very happy customer.

Easy to use website - quick delivery - excellent communication on order status - product quality excellent!! Will definitely use again!!

Good website, but they called me to agree a delivery slot and actually spoke to the delivery man. Was able to explain in detail where to leave the panels.

I have always found Kelvin Timber to be a friendly, efficient and straightforward company to deal with. As a private customer it is easy to order online and the confirmation email and phonecall I get following my order are very much appreciated. I also find the delivery drivers to be helpful and personable and they do their best to get what can be heavy materials as close to their point of use as they can. All in all Kelvin Timber at Bearsden/Milngavie are first class

Great customer service and speedy delivery.

Good website, speedy delivery

Fast and excellent prices

Delivery was quick & price was good but quality of skirting wasn’t great. I’ve had to sand almost all of the round parts of the torus skirting as they were rough to touch, it defeats the purpose of it being primed as most of the white prime has now had to be sanded off to leave a good finish once painted.

My order came right on time and since I am within close proximity it was free
Driver was very polite and cheery!!!
