Quality purchase from KES. The images and the price, don’t do the shade justice. Intricate metal and coloured glass, combine to give a substantial and quality shade, which seems to offer good value for money, when you see it.

Delivery was without any issue. Everything went well.

Excellent product, price and service.

Purchased some outdoor lamps (wall and post) that were being discontinued by the manufacturer. The price was basically half for some very excellent products. Delivery was speedy and communication was good.

I ordered two Pandenta items but received only one. I contacted the company within five minutes of receiving the delivery and was told that the order had been split into separate shipments.

After waiting four weeks for an investigation, they made the unbelievable claim that both items had been packed in the same box. The box was clearly too small to hold two items, especially with the protective packaging and air-filled plastic inside. The delivery photo does not prove that both items were included.

When I asked for evidence—such as the combined weight of both items, the weight of the item delivered, the box dimensions, and packing records—the company provided none. They simply repeated their claim and refused to take responsibility.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I paid for two items and received only one, yet the company has failed to resolve the issue fairly. I am now requesting a full refund through my credit card company. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be careful when ordering from this business.

Very fast delivery and loving the new kitchen light. He Quoizel Tinted Amber Glass with Mottled Cocoa Brown ligh gives a great glow to our kitchen in the evenings under darkness and adds some lovely atmosphere.

Kes Lighting website was very easy to use and had good descriptions and images of their lights. I purchased a large, modern drum light with brushed steel accent and am very pleased with the quality and look of the item. KL were also priced very competitively for the item and delivery was great, well packaged and undamaged. I will definitely buy from them again when I need new lights.
