Always knew what ceiling light I wanted but never found it untill scrolling through internet for ages!! now it is on my ceiling !!

I ordered the Eldon Allegra wall light. Delivery was quick, product is excellant quality and it looks looks fabulous now it has been installed.

I ordered 3 chandeliers which all arrived in good time and well packaged. They are not being put up for a while, so I didn’t open.

I received an email saying they needed to be checked within the 14 days re return policy. I checked and one of the crystals did have a problem but I didn’t want to return the whole chandelier.

Got in touch and they sent a new crystal straight out.

I ordered one light to see the quality and performane. We were very happy with it so we went back and ordered a second. It had gone down £150 in the sale. I messaged them and the refunded the difference for the first light no queshtions asked! I will for sure use this company again. The orgional light we ordered was a fantastic and almost £70 cheaper then on any other website. Many months later the light looks as good a new.

The ordering process was easy, delivery was extremely fast, the light was very well packaged and we are really pleased with the quality of the light.
