My sister purchased Keurig duo in 2019. Stored it in house until she needed it, just opened it for company coming and the pump will not spit out water. I know it’s been awhile but brand new! Customer service would do nothing. Wondered what kind of water we used, lol. Offered a 20% off coupon. Would never purchase keurig again.

Don’t buy the Keurig Duo


I recently purchased a Keurig Duo for over $250, and I’ve been extremely disappointed with its performance. The coffee pot leaks terribly every time I use it. I reached out to Keurig, and they initially sent a replacement pot that was the wrong size. After that, they sent another pot, but it also leaks. I’ve tried contacting their customer service again, but I haven’t received any response. Now, I’m left with an expensive machine that makes a mess every time I pour a cup of coffee. This experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory

Worst customer service I've ever experienced

WOW....ordered unit from Keurig.ca and it worked twice, now won't brew, just shuts down. Called and the Customer service agent (Muhammad) was horrible. I spelled my address about 18 times and he still didn't get it! It was my fault (I was speaking too fast, I was too loud, too soft, my voice was breaking up, etc, etc). I was ready to cry! then he HUNG UP ON ME! called back and got a gal who could see the order, read back and KNEW my email, phone, address etc and said a replacement will be shipped. Was to receive a confirmation email...nothing yet.
PLEASE.... hire agents that speak English and know how to access the order and customer information on their screens!

I've purchased 3 Keurig coffee makers…

I've purchased 3 lousy Keurig coffee makers in 4 years. The first was a smaller model, the next two K-Supreme model, not one has lasted over 2 years. 
They are built to die around the warranty period.
Called Keurig when the last one died about 4 months past the year warranty and the only thing they would do is offer a discount of 35% on a new one. 
Went to their website to purchase, tried to use the code, and it wouldn't work because the model I choose was on sale. 🤨
The CS agent didn't bother to explain that the code wouldn't work even though he knew it wouldn't and that was the model I was replacing. 
Absolutely no satisfaction with Keurig, these coffee machines fail in less than two years.
So thank you, Keurig, for now making me a loyal Ninja coffee client. I love my new Ninja kpod coffee maker, the design is more streamlined than Keurig, it's less money and the bonus is the water actually comes out hot instead like tepid tea with the Keurig I've had.
Thanks, Keurig, for your crap product and service which led me to buy a Ninja product that is superior to your garbage offerings that fail near the warranty expiration...3x in a row. 
I've learned my lesson!
I am sick of companies that build in obsolescence into their products, I'm done wasting my money on failures and supporting these brands!

Water tank cracked on my machine and…

Water tank cracked on my machine and I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for the part. They tell me I have to continue to wait and they offer nothing as a replacement. I did nothing to cause this crack and now I have to wait.
Nothing for the customer-no free pods for the inconvenience or an offer to replace the entire machine. NOTHING!
I will never recommend this product but honestly I don’t think they care.

Terrible quality and worse customer…

Terrible quality and worse customer service. Received a Keurig mini as a Christmas gift. Six months later it is leaking all over the counter. Two phone calls and I was told both times the unit was covered and I would receive an email about shipping a replacement unit. Both times no email came.
Third phone call I’m now told the unit is out of warranty based on when the unit was manufactured and they need “proof of purchase”. I explained again that two previous calls told me it was covered. They still want a receipt. I said how can I provide a receipt on something that was a gift six months ago. They don’t care. Only offered a discount coupon.
I will never purchase Keurig. I will never recommend them. BUY ANYTHING ELSE. Save yourself some grief.

Outrageously Bad Customer Service

I was using Keurig's auto delivery service for my coffee and have for a long time since before the pandemic. There were a few bumps along the way but generally I got my order and any problems were resolved by their customer service. I quickly learned to only call during business hours. If I didn't I was routed to an offshore call centre who generally responded by disconnecting my call after listening to my problem. I once tested this and 3 different agents did it in sequence. I assume this is due to poor training at the call centre.

There were lots of problems during the pandemic lock-downs and I put up with the circumstances beyond Keurig's control. I've spent the last few months trying to get them to deal with their courier service because they drop the box in the lobby of my building and eventually notify me by email that it's been delivered. It's clear their customer service has no ability to fix any problem due to their rigid policies. Their solution is for me to deal with the courier service myself. That hasn't worked.

Here's their last suggestion in an email.

I understand and we apologize for the inconvenience. Let me know if you want to keep your auto delivery or cancel it.

Thank you for choosing Keurig Canada. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information.

We bought a Keurig Supreme 2 years ago

We bought a Keurig Supreme 2 years ago. It worked well and then suddenly stopped working last week. Nothing. It worked in the morning and then in the evening it just stopped working. We've pushed every button, changed electrical outlets but nothing. We've since bought a new identical machine and it works well. Any suggestions??

Get a supervisor to call me back and no one ever call me , every time I call they say they can’t get refunds only supervisors but no one is there . I order on November , it’s January 11 and nothing.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I cant believe how bad thier customer service is...3 different service reps and the longest drawn out time I have ever spent on the phone. They really do not want to solve any problem. They are the poorest trained I have ever came into contact with....Run fast from this site unless you want the worst experience you have had in years !!!!!!

Do NOT buy the new Keurig Single Serve

I bought the newest model of Keurig Supreme Plus Smart. DO NOT BUY THIS. It is stuck on DESCALE mode. I haven't used it more than 2 months. Didn't have to I just wanted a newer slimmer model. I didn't even open it until a month after I bought it. Go to make your coffee, and YOU CAN'T. Descale lights up and you must descale. It takes 3 to four times after you put vinegar and water the first time, to empty that water holder. After an hour still says descale and still no coffee. They then suggest you buy some Descale solution from Keurig. Huh? This little thing isn't worth it and I am still in Descale mode after following all instructions!

Keurig Supreme and Supreme Plus models ADD WATER error

I’m on my third Keurig Supreme model (2 Supreme and 1 Supreme Plus) since Dec of 2022. My last 2 only lasted a few weeks or more.

All 3 units erroneously showed “add water” when they didn’t need any. The company offered, after a thorough phone call yesterday, to replace the water tank?!? I’m quite sure that 3 units, 2 different models, all having the same problem is NOT the water tank failing! (The employee at the call centre was very good, just not Keurig’s machines, to be clear.)

Do NOT waste your money on these models (or any Keurig)! Buy a Nespresso machine instead. I wish I had in the first place.

Keurig should step up to the plate and voluntarily RECALL the Supreme and Supreme Plus models!

SIDE NOTE:
I was using filtered water in all 3 units and live in an area where the TDS (total dissolved solids) are less than 30ppm (‘safe’ water is considered 300ppm or less). My water filter has a handheld TDS meter, and for the last 2 units we’ve used exclusively water that read TDS of 0ppm (the filter company recommends replacing the filter at 6ppm.)

Worst

I purchased this KEURIG K-CAFE (043-7327-0) from Canadian Tire for $229.99: with tax $257.59
NOT $25.75, $257.59
Purchase date was: 2023/03/25.
Use less than 10 times. Now the frother doesnt work properly. I tried different types of milk. 1%,2%3%. Same result. This is a garbage machine. I wrote an email to their customer service. I requested a return and my money back. I received a prompt reply asking me to watch a video instead of talking anything about the return. This is an unbelievable customer service. Should this video fix the problem?
I made a mistake by not reading other reviews before I waste my money. Look, most of the reviews are very bad. Dont waster money on Keurig products.

response was call customer service 1800 361 5628 and wait........................and wait............................
oops just got a email its spam from keurig thanking me for setting up a account, i never did, followed by marketing spam, they haven't lifted a finger for support.
there sending me spam 15% off on 1st order
oh finally got some one asked to get removed from spam list and she hung up on me
gonna use up my 2.0 k-carafe supply, double filter the faulty pods, wont be buying any in future the support is in the toilet they just waist your time, do nothing.

Your product stopped working after 3 days. Called customer service and well anyone I talked to needs major training. They put in a replacement and then when I got off the phone they sent me a email of cancellation. I will return to Walmart and get something other then Keurig.

cheap product and lousy customer service ,bunch of promises no results

bought a keurig supreme in april 2022. did all the descaling when required with keurig descaler.
called customer service and the fun and run around began.First the call center is not even in Canada its in the philippines ,the machine wont turn on,then they told me no problem we will send you a new one, you should have it in three business days(Never got it)then a they said we will send you a email so you can track your new machine(never got an email)
then they said there was a glitch in there system and i would have to pay for the shipping and when the glitch was fixed they would refund me.(sounds alot like the review that i read from another ex-customer.
everything she went through i went through,spoke to corporate and they wanted my info of my credit card to send out machine and wanted me to buy a box of k-cups.
DONT BUY THIS MACHINE OR ANY K-CUP PRODUCTS THEY DONT HONOR THE WARRANTY .
240.00 DOLLARS IN THE GARBAGE.
BUT THEY ARE AMUSING IN ALL THE LIES THEY TELL YOU. KEURIG THINK PEOPLE ARE MORONS.

Keurig K-Supreme has a very short life span! This is already the second time we…

This is already the second time we purchased the Keurig K-Supreme coffee maker and both stopped turning on after 10 uses.

The first one we bought for our son and he rarely used it because he preferred his espresso machine instead. Then when he wanted to use it, the machine did not turn on. We checked it out for him and could not fix it and threw it out.

Then we bought another one, this time for us.

The same thing happened to the second one. We rarely used the Keurig as we prefer our espresso automatic machine. The day we wanted to use it, it did not turn on. No power!! Again!! Second brand new machine no power!

This time we checked on you tube to see how to fix it and we followed all the steps and still did not turn on. The only thing we did not do is to take it completely apart to check the thermostat.

On you tube the videos said that this particular machine (the Keurig K-Supreme) all have this problem!!!

We then called customer service and they walked us through to fix it but we told them we already did that. Still we went through the steps with customer service and again no power!

They will not fix it or replace it. They want to give us 20% off for a new one! We will never buy this piece of junk again!

DO NOT BUY THIS PEICE OF JUNK!!!!

You spend a lot of money for something that only works ten times!!!!

A piece of garbage! Please stay away you will regret it!

The company knows there is a problem with the K- Supreme but they continue to sell this model as they do not care!!

We spent a lot of money on these two machines. Money down the toilet?

For years I've used a keurig and the last one that I purchased was a huge disappointment.
Slow drip, even after descaling it, you can't remove the constant reminder to descale and now I'd be lucky to get a cup of coffee from 1 pod. The coffee maker doesn't work. It was a waste of money. So much for an elite product.
