Online order issues - Bad customer service reps
I ordered K-Cafe Special Edition and Carousel online at /keurig ca/ on April 1, 2022. At the time of the order, it said I would receive it by Monday April 4th. However, after the payment was done, it showed that it would be delivered in 3-5 business days. Received the email with the order number and 2 tracking numbers. It did not show which service website should I track on. I called customer care and they told it is on Intelcom. On tracking, I saw that one tracking number (K-Cafe Special Edition) is been picked up. The 2nd number gave error on the intelcom site. Called and the rep said murmuring in a bad accent that 2nd item will be shipped. Received the item today; but it was actually Carousel and not coffee machine. I immediately called the customer care and they had no clue. They said they will escalate it. I was asked a series of questions and was asked to wait to talk to another team. But after the wait, I was been told no one is available to talk. The rep said I might get it next week. She had no answers to my query. She just kept says, don't worry, you will receive it innumerable times. Very bad experience ordering online from Kuerig com. Hope the product is good. Worried about it.

Ordered for the first time from Keurig Canada online on Feb 02, 2022.
I was triple charged for the order. I called Keurig Feb 03 8:43 am
I Notified Keurig I had been triple charged for my order. I was told my case was escalated and I would be phoned back within 24-48 hours.
No call came
Second call: Feb 05 7:55 am
Notified Keurig no one called me back for resolution. The product ordered shipped, and 2 extra charges for the order still on credit card. I was asked to send proof and someone would get back to me in 5 business days. I told them I need access to the money and I was notified I would be called back by an escalation agent in 24-48 hours.
Terrible customer support, no resolution in sight! Took $140 extra dollars from me and I can't get it back!
will shop for a better product
decided to upgrade to a keurig machine with the charcoal filter and paid over 100 dollars for it. I do not use the on a regular basis. I have owned the machine for just over 2 years. Now I have a piece of recyclable plastic. From my experience I would not recommend Keurig at all.
Slow Delivery
-Orders to west coast don't align with delivery best estimate (2-3 business days vs 5-6 actual). It was also shipped via expedited service.
-Took a few emails to obtain bogo coupon following purchase of a Keurig coffee maker
-Delivered to post office after home delivery attempt despite buzzer # in address
Excellent customer service
New client and placed my coffee order in early February. I live in Western Canada so did not expect to see my order for a few weeks especially since it was being shipped from Ontario and covid-related delays were expected. Was pleased to receive my order one week later. Great and reliable service Thanks Keurig Canada!

Keurig.ca does not deserve one star, order Coffee machine on Dec 17/20 received tracking # for item never shipped, sent several messages emails phone calls no response from Customer services, looks like spam, beware

We placed an order at Keurig.ca to help support other online stores rather than Amazon or Walmart. It is for Christmas so we allowed extra time due to COVID.
Keurig.ca has a huge variety of flavoured coffee as well as coffee makes.
Our order arrived by Canada Post within 3 business days!! Well packaged and provided full tracking of shipment. Very pleased we ordered here. We will definitely order our coffee from here again while referring friends and family.
