Second time I have used Key Conveyancing, Fahad in the Milton Keynes branch was extremely helpful and answered all my questions quickly, the sale of my property went well without any issues.

Although our house purchase unfortunately fell through, I cannot recommend Chloe at the St Neots branch highly enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. I was recommended to use Key Conveyancing by my estate agent. I have moved a few times but this was by far the best solicitor I have used. Inaya would always answer my emails quickly and keep me up to date with what was going on. Really impressed. They made a stressful time easy for me, I also got 3 quotes and they were the cheapest too.

I never give negative reviews as things can happen beyond someones control, if this is the case it should be quickly passed onto the relevant parties, you shouldn't have to chase every hour for an answer and eventually get the keys on day 2 at 15:30! I also felt I was fobed off when my case handler was busy with basic information and no return call. I only felt I was listened to when a manager got involved. I am also out of pocket as I had to pay my movers for another day and as yet have not heard who will compensate me, to say nothing of thr stress to me. This lack of communication was not only evident on moving day 1 & 2 but also in the weeks up to completion when we were trying to sort dates. This was the Bedford office
