These guys have the personal touch
These guys have the personal touch. I’m not one to complain, but one day a while back, I felt a product wasn’t quite right (no fault of Kiana B’s) and just passed on some feedback. Over a very warm phone call, I was reassured that stock is intentionally kept at numbers that ensure turnover keeps products fresh, and that this was important to KB and they were sending me a new full size version of the product I had ordered. I was blown away. That is customer service at its finest.
Each order feels like it’s my birthday. The coordinated wrapping paper and personal handwritten note always make my day. It’s the kind of thing that makes you feel proud to be buying from an Australian business who care; one that’s not too big to forget what’s important. 💛
