Great value for money if you’re out as a family often. Always get a good discount on cinema tickets, and the voucher code process is easy and straightforward.

Easy to use value for money

I signed up to the kids pass to get discounted entry into Dino Falls mini-golf in Manchester, which is explicitly mentioned on their website. Once signed up there is no discount available for Dino Falls, which is very misleading. Not really bothered about the £1 but am leaving a negative review as this is deception and will trap many people into a recurring payment - Kids Pass know full well that this demographic is particularly vulnerable.

To pre-empt the response from Kids Pass (as they have to others), there were no terms and conditions relating to the promotional code (including validity information) available to view prior to registering - a screenshot detailing this has been sent to them as well.

Made taking 4 grandchildren on a trip much more affordable. Excellent concept and service

Scam do not use.

They basically advertise the prices minus the booking fee, take their cut and give you some voucher codes to use on the merchants website.

You then end up paying the booking fee kidspass removed when you redeem your vouchers, so the tickets become the same price as what you would have paid direct to the company. Youve just wasted 30 minutes and lined their pockets.

Redeeming the vouchers is a pain, how do you redeem food at cineworld for example?

Just a monumental stress and waste of time. Dont fall for it.

We got a great discount on Chester zoo!

But I am pretty sure I cancelled it last year but I still seem to be subscribed so I thought I may as well finally use it

We saved £15 on our planned day out with our three grandchildren, had a great day and the app was so easy to use, looking forward to our next trip.

I have only used it for cinema and days out ,so far.
The app is easy to use and to redeem the voucher codes.
It makes a big difference to the price.

Very nice and helpful

First time using the Kids Pass for a family trip to Edinburgh Zoo - the process was straightforward & received a good discount of £20+ off. There was no option for a free ticket for my 2 year old, but this was organised at the zoo reception....definitely recommend!
