My toddler is so happy at this nursery! The setting is lovely and clean and laid out with loads of activities which help the children's development and imagination.
The staff at this nursery are the best! They debrief you every day at pick up about how your child has been and they regularly update the famly app also so you can check in.
The food they serve is so varied and fancy! My son eats so well there!
So glad I decided to send my son here!

Kids Planet took over my daughter’s nursery - what was once an incredible setting. Since the takeover things have declined terribly and it’s such a shame. Apart from sessions going up considerably in price, the whole dynamic with staff and the service is so different. The staff are brilliant and I can’t fault the care they give, but they look stressed and it’s sad. We have had massive issues sorting out the 30 hours funding for the new Sept term. Constantly promised the funding loop forms are being sent out and they aren’t causing unnecessary stress for the parents. This has gone on for several weeks! Head office use the excuse of having over 200 nurseries to manage, if you can’t manage them properly then don’t have so many! You make complaints and never hear back, you phone up and it’s always a “I don’t know I’ll get somebody to call you back” and they never do. It seems impossible to get anyone to take responsibility for concerns. What was once a beautiful nursery has had its reputation diminished because of this company.

Excellent care. Efdorts made to educate where possible. Food seems good. Staff attentive and kind.

Kids planet coppull*

Didn’t really want to do this as I’ve used this nursery for nearly 7 years however, “early birds” in coppull has recently moved over to a bigger company called kids planet and I wanted to make this post incase anyone else sees the amazing reviews it’s gained over the last years and sends their babies there, I wouldn’t!

I have seen a massive change in the nursery since it changed to this company and their focus is now £ not the children. They have had countless opportunities to rectify issues and haven’t so I wanted to put a post on social media to make people aware that it is not the “home from home” it once was.

They have been letting Archie go without food / little food for months and months now, refused to let me take a pack lunch so I knew he was eating and continued to not offer him any alternatives to the cheap food they’re feeding. Staff giving false promises Archie coming home literally starving every day.

Haven’t had issues for years here but in the 6 months it’s gone massively down hill. Full of kids starting who are only just old enough to look after themselves.

Kids planet in general have awful reviews online but specifically the coppull one is now taking the same way as the rest of them.

A lot of mums on here so just a heads up!

My child feels safe & happy at nursery which this puts me at ease when I leave him there.

The staff are AMAZING - I couldn’t think of anywhere better to send my boy!

His confidence has grown & the activities he does each day are wonderful especially the outdoor play.

Kids Planet Halesowen is the best nursery in the area. Our daughter started her journey there in 2023 at 12 months old and she has thoroughly enjoyed every single day. The staff and management are amazing. They are genuinely caring, friendly and supportive in every way.
Everyday you know you leave your little one in good hands and safe environment. The nursery has a fantastic approach to child development. It provides many opportunities to learn new skills through play, exploration and social interaction. Variety of activities on offer help children to learn, be creative, confident but most importantly have fun at the same time. My daughter particularly likes the big outdoor space where she enjoys running, climbing, using mud kitchen, playing in the sand pit and many many great activities organised by staff on a daily basis (no matter the weather!).

Kids Planet Halesowen has a really family feel and our second daughter will be joining this „Family”soon.
I always recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

My son has been at this nursery for over a year in the pre-school class. The staff are so friendly and I love how much they know my son and empower him to be himself.
They’ve helped support us with potty training and learning key skills ready for school and he always seems so happy when we collect him. He especially loves how much outside time he gets to do there.
Finding such a lovely nursery is so comforting as a working parent.

My son has been going to kids planet nursery for a few months and I can honestly say they are amazing !! I have never had an issue at all, only good things to say about this nursery.

Our daughter is new to the nursey, kids Planet have made us feel very welcome. We love the family feel to the nursey. The staff really go out their way to find out about your child to help settle them in.

From the day I set foot in the Halesowen nursery, as an expectant mother, I knew this was the nursery for my baby. It just had a good vibe.
Attending since 10months old. All the staff in the baby room have worked to settle in my son and now he really enjoys his days here. They are amazing and I am so grateful for them.
The personal touches, such as the manager knowing every child’s name as they enter through the door and the fact you really feel like they know and understand your child, really make this nursery the best.
Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

Kids Planet Halesowen
It has been a real privilege to send both of my boys to this nursery. They each started at 9 months old (in 2022 and 2024) and from the very beginning we have always felt they are in a safe, genuinely caring environment. Children are clearly at the core of everything they do.
The nursery provides enriching experiences and learning opportunities, with fantastic facilities that really embrace the outdoors. Communication is excellent, especially in the preschool and rising 3s rooms, which gives us real confidence in how our children are progressing.
The food offered is of a high standard, with good choices throughout the day – we particularly appreciate that fruit snacks are even available at pick-up time.
I was initially a little dubious when the nursery was taken over by a larger corporation, as it had previously been independent. However, we have only seen positive changes, with clear investment in the building, facilities, and resources. The baby room especially has excellent, safe sleeping facilities, which has been so reassuring.
Most importantly, the staff deserve the highest praise. They are excellent – always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely devoted to the children’s wellbeing. Their warmth and positivity shine through, and it’s clear to see how they uplift the children and nurture their confidence every day. We are so grateful for the energy, care, and love they bring – they make this nursery truly special.

Kids Planet has been nothing short of incredible for me and my daughter since she started in May, the staff are absolutely wonderful in the toddler room; welcoming, friendly, supportive and have gone above and beyond to help my little on settle in and also support me with those first few tough weeks. The manager somehow remembers every little one’s name when he greets them of a morning which I think is amazing. I cannot praise and recommend Kids Planet Halesowen enough to any parent considering nursery for there little one.

Our little girl has been in the Rising 3’s room at Kids Planet for the last year. They truly care for our daughter and invest so much time and effort into her development. She has grown and flourished in her development milestones since starting here. The facilities are fantastic and they have loads on offer for little ones to experience. We are almost as excited as she is to start pre school.

It is difficult to sum up in words how truly fantastic Kids planet Halesowen is.
The leadership of Chris and Karen, and the expertise, nurture and care by individual staff is second to none. Both of my children have had incredible starts to their most important years at kids planet. The nursery has gone above and beyond in particular for our son and he has flourished whilst in their preschool setting. The experiences of the children is brilliant especially with the new outdoor areas.
I have recommended so many friends kids planet Halesowen and will continue to do so.

Kids Planet Halesowen is a fantastic nursery. From our first viewing we knew this was the place for our daughter to flourish. She has been attending the nursery for around a year and a half now and the amount of progress and confidence she has gained is a testament to the brilliant staff. The nursery always communicates clearly with me and has my daughters best interests at heart. My daughter is always happy to go to nursery and most days doesn't want to leave when its time to go home. I've so glad we followed our gut and enrolled her in the Halesowen location as everyone that works there really makes it a happy, safe learning environment for the children.

My DD has loved her time at Kids planet Halesowen.
We applied here after looking round on the basis that my nephew attended and loved it. and from the moment DD started she has always enjoyed her time here.
she started off as quiet and timid and a little weary of her surroundings but the staff have all helped bring on her confidence all in time for her starting primary school.
I cannot thank this nursery enough for all the support they have given DD, I will always recommend this nursery to anyone!

My daughter attends Kids Planet Halesowen and it is genuinely the most wonderful setting I could hope for. The staff are brilliant, and I know they genuinely care for my daughter. I'm happy to head off to work, knowing she is in a safe environment where all of her needs are met. The team are always working on different activities to do with the children making their days varied and enjoyable.
My daughter usually comes home at the end of the day tired, full of the joys of the day (and often dirty which I think is the best sign of a great toddler day!)
I get regular updates and pictures of my daughters activity through their app which always brightens my day when I receive something to let me know how she is getting on
My daughter has attend since she has been 6 months old and is currently in pre school. I love the little changes from room to room which means every area is really age appropriate, and the staff are experts at the age they care for. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending for anyone to use this nursery, the team have been a loved and welcomed part of my families life (for 7 years now, given my older child also attended), I'm going to really miss them when my daughter leaves next year

Kids Planet - Halesowen is an incredibly nurturing, thoughtful and accommodating nursery. All of my children have been blessed with the most caring and compassionate nursery staff who are highly trained and attentive to all their individual needs. My 4 year old had a speech delay when he started, he has improved immensely in the last couple of years thanks to all the brilliant support from management and nursery staff. His confidence has grown exceedingly too and we are so grateful to all the staffs support from day one. Thank you for giving my preschooler the best start in life kids planet - Halesowen! :)
