I ordered a portrait on December 4th. I had a proof relatively quickly but needed a few changes. I resubmitted a photo and they reached out to make sure I knew exactly what the drawing would look like. I responded within the day. I never received a response and have sent 2 other emails and tried their chat number twice. I called every number I could find related to the company with no answers. At this point I will most likely dispute the charge and hope for a refund. Customer service is terrible!

I placed an order through them and followed their guidelines to reach out if I had not received proofs within 72 hours. I did just that and received nothing further from them. I reached out again 3 days after the first email and still received no response. They have already charged me for my order and I cant even get in contact with them about where my proofs or product is. I checked my spam folder as well so I am confident it isn't there.

I chose this company as they offered proof of your portrait before they actually sent it out to you. I had to change a couple of things on my dog and the second proof I got was absolutely amazing. 100% perfect! The picture is stunning! I couldn't fault the service one bit.
I'm from the UK and it took less than a week to be delivered after the print had been made. How fast is that! They keep you up-to-date on tracking so you know exactly what's going on.
I will be ordering from here again with future pets..no doubt about that!

Absolutely horrible. I keep speaking to the live chat person and she keeps telling me the same exact thing. I never received my package so I decided I’d call FedEx myself and see what was going on and you all never even gave FedEx a package to ship out. So I spent over $100 on nothing.

I could not be more happy with the portrait of my fur babies! I would recommend this company to every pet lover. I received the prof in less than 48 hours and it was perfect. Did not need to request any changes! The final product came in less than 2 weeks and I am in love with it. It could not be more perfect.

Kindred Splendor is a great company, and I have only had prompt, wonderful service from them. I’ve ordered twice, and the portraits were so lifelike and done expertly. Loved the pictures and will order again.

I was so so SO happy with how my cats portrait turned out. She recently passed away and this is such a great memory of her that I will cherish forever. The ordering process was great, the artist took into account my notes and it was a quick turn around time. Really genuinely impressed with the whole process. Definitely recommend!

I ordered my portrait early Jan. I got my order review a few days later. I waited a couple of weeks and emailed to ask where the PDF file was. When I messaged their Facebook page to try and get contact it seemed to be automatic replies saying “what was that”, “say that again”, “I don’t understand can you repeat”. Money was taken out my my account as well. Very disappointed.

Quality Work! I ordered a portrait to be done of our Doberman to gift to my husband for Christmas. As promised on Kindred Splendor’s website, I received a mock up/proof within 24-48hrs and was able to either “approve” to begin production or request to have changes made. The mock up/proof got every detail of our dog and it wasn’t until I saw the mock up/proof that I noticed the lighting in the room casted a blue tint on one side of her face. I did request some changes and received another mock up/proof to review. The finished product is amazing and my husband loved it! He has it proudly displayed in his office. Another thing that drew me to Kindred Splendor is that they give back to animals in need.

I loved my photos I received. I did two separate for each cat and they came out amazing. Every time I had questions about my pictures or orders anyone I talked to was beyond helpful. I’ve already recommended Kindred Splendor to a lot of my friends. You can’t go wrong!

Such a great product, I’m about to buy my third. My first two were Christmas gifts and were amazing. Such perfect likeness to the dogs! If you’re thinking about ordering, do it. I really appreciated the chance to review first and request an edit (remove collar). They were adorable and perfect.

I ordered a portrait for a Christmas gift and they said it would arrive in time. I just received my order the second week of January only to find that it wasn’t even my order- it was pants and a hat. I emailed two different inboxes for Kindred Splendor (recommended by someone I spoke to via the live-chat) to request that my correct order be sent and received no reply. I finally received my order today. The portrait is nice but the experience wasn’t good.

I have used Kindred Splendor three times now. Every time I have been beyond pleased with their work and service. Most recent purchase was finally for my home (the previous 2 were gifts) and when my husband saw it he cried happy tears. Will definitely me ordering more for my own home...I got a lot of pets to put on my wall.

I’m sooo glad I found Kindred Splendor! I lovee my first baby and I had just recently moved into my new apartment so I needed some decor and what better decor than to see your pet everyday! They did an amazing job at turning my dog into a modern, minimalist decor piece. Once I got mine, I got so many compliments on it and my boyfriend and best friend bought some as well! My friend even got more to give as gifts for others! They make great gifts and it’s a good way to remember a pet that has passed as well, I’ll keep mine forever! Super happy with my purchase.

We love our Kindred Splendor prints. Our latest order (Crash) perfectly compliments our first order (Crockett) that we got when our 15 year old lab passed away earlier this year. We also have one of our cat and other dog. Kindred Splendor prints are a great way to showcase furry family members past and present.

The pictures arrived and were better than I even expected! I love having them up in my office and all my coworkers are jealous, on every Zoom call I get compliments.
