Blood Pressure Monitor
I ordered a blood pressure monitor on Monday mid-morning, and it was delivered less than 24 hours. I was kept informed via email and texted when it would be delivered. It came within the alotted time. The machine is simple to use and has an app to follow. I now am happy that my readings are better than my very old blood pressure monitors, which obviously needed calibrated. Well done all at Kinetik Wellbeing. One happy customer. 😊
Why sell a product requiring batteries
Why sell a product requiring batteries, without batteries? Minimal cost to the manufacturer to put batteries in or put a huge warning on package that the cheapskate company doesn't include batteries. I now have to make a trip out to buy batteries. So no idea if the unit works!

Shocking service
Shocking service. Only half the order arrived. Emails asking for explanation ignored. Repeated calls, simply fobbed off, 'you need to give us to the end of the day'. Still no blood pressure monitor or explanation.
A week later I have received the monitor – sent for a Saturday delivery, which I am grateful for.

New product inferior to the previous one.
Really disappointed that the new blood glucose BG710 only measures in mmol, but the previous model AG607 could measure in both mmol and mg/dl.
Usually, new products are better than the previous ones and not inferior.

inaccurate monitor recording.
I had a problem with the readings on a blood pressure monitor not relating to those taken manually. I contacted the company and they responded quickly and efficiently. They arranged and paid for the return of the monitor and a replacement one was sent back to me within the week. No quibbles, no excuses.
Helpful support colleagues
I ordered a blood sugar monitor from Amazon (kinetic well-being brand) and when it arrived it seemed to have been used despite me ordering a brand new one. I then decided to get in touch with kinetic well-being directly and spoke to an absolutely brilliant and helpful customer support member named Lauren. Lauren has been so helpful and understanding and arranged for a new device to be sent to me. I was so grateful for all the help and couldn’t of been happier with the service. Thank you again!

Had an issue with my blood pressure monitor, contacted customer services who were helpful and I thought the fault had been rectified, however a few months later the issue got worse, I contacted them again and they have swiftly replaced my monitor. can’t fault the service I have received.
Waste of £60.00
Bought a blood pressure monitor TMB-2088 worked ok for a couple of months then started to show error on inflation. customer service advised it was the cuff that sometimes stretches and how to reset the cuff. That worked for a couple of uses then started to refuse to inflate again.£60 for a product that's so unreliable I put it in the bin and bought a Braun for £37.

Replacement faulty blood pressure monitor
Customer services(Jodie) provided a very quick replacement for a faulty monitor a very good company to deal with.
Problem sorted!
Had a problem with my relatively new WBP1 monitor which was returned to Kinetik. A replacement unit was sent at no cost - problem sorted.
Excellent service
Excellent service, ordered a heart monitor which then got lost when in the hands of the carrier. Replacement arrived a few days later. Would highly recommend :-)

Quick replacement under warranty. Monitor failed to work after 10 months use and was quickly replaced with a new one.
