I found all of the staff at the centre to be helpful and friendly, which helped put me at ease. My cataract surgeon, Mr Chan, was polite, friendly and informative, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing this procedure carried out.

The surgeon Daniel Acton is very professional and excellent at his job. He has provided me with a renewed vigour for life with improved flexibility and freedom from pain and discomfort. He has now replaced both of my hip joints and I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires surgery.
After care in the hospital is also of a very high standard. All staff are very caring and professional and the food is excellent.

From the car park attendant to the admin staff my visit was extremely unpleasant. Their abruptness, unhelpfulness and downright rudeness has not endeared me to Kingsbridge in any way. It became very clear to me, very early on in my attendance that Kingsbridge is ALL about money with no empathy or kindness shown especially when you are unwell and feeling vulnerable. Can't wait to get back to be seen by the NHS again.

I found whole out patient service from beginning to end seamless and would highly recommend. Consultant in particular was excellent and really took time in appointment to go through everything thoroughly and also offer alternative medical pathways which was very reassuring. Special shoutout too to the friendly and helpful staff in the carpark, on the phones and at reception in the hospital . Very professional medical service and exceeded all my expectations
