Buyers Beware! The company is Horrific.
I ordered two pairs of shoes that showed in stock, after which I receive an email that one pair may ship sometime in March,are you Kidding me!? I immediately cancel the order Requesting to cancel such & credit me. I receive NO reply. What Reputable Company does that? Behold I receive my order January 27th and one pair was just thrown in the box lose & the other pair right shoe is Bigger than the other. The one thing they're good at sending me emails two to three times a day. To be blunt,this Co. SUCKS & will Never make a Purchase nor Ever recommend! You got me once & in my book that's once to many. They don't give two Shits about the consumer. Big Fat Zero Company.....

We bought 2 robes, and they both ripped within 1 week. This is a trash-quality clothing store. This is the type of clothing store where you lose money by buying low-quality cloth. buy at your own risk

I will never order from King Size again. I placed an order and emailed and called customer service to cancel the order within hours of placing it. They contacted me a day later stating that the order was processed and could not be cancelled. HORRIBLE SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Order 3 items from website paid for shipping . have to be delivered in 4 days. Now is already 10 days customer service Angela S. said SO SORRY . If you order something and your item is very late don't expect anything accept SO SORRY !!!

Ordered 3 pair of pants 36x38.
One of the pairs Kingsize sent was 54x36 an obvious Kingsize error.
Upon returning the wrong pair Kingsize charged me the shipping fee for the return, the hemming cost for the returned pants, the hemming cost for the replacement pants and the shipping charge to send me the correct pants.
Kingsize error cost me nearly 3x the price for the pants.
Last order they will get from me.

I placed an order with KingSize on 12/14/25 and was charged $158.36. On 12/18/25, I received an email stating my order had shipped. The email listed DHL as the carrier, but the tracking number provided was actually a USPS tracking number.

After investigating, USPS confirmed that the tracking number was created on 12/17/25, but they never received the package from KingSize — only a shipping label was generated. As of 1/13/26, I still had not received my order, and USPS was still waiting on KingSize to tender the shipment.

I contacted customer service multiple times. One representative incorrectly told me to contact DHL. Emails to KingSize customer service bounced back as undeliverable, and their website contact form repeatedly errored out, making it nearly impossible to communicate in writing. When I asked for updated tracking or a refund, I was told I had to wait 20 days from the “shipping” date, despite the fact that the package was never given to the carrier. They also refused to provide anything in writing.

After exhausting all contact options and receiving no proof the order was ever shipped, I had to dispute the charge with my bank, which refunded me for merchandise not received.

Incorrect shipping information, poor communication, and lack of accountability made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from KingSize based on this experience.

Returned 3 items of 3 on 12/18/2025. Today is 01/10/2026. Still waiting for my refund. They told me via chat the items were still in transit. BULLSHIT. I'm done with this company.

As others have said, the clothes are overpriced for the quality. They also engage in scam practices. On every order, they auto enroll you in their "rewards" program. They get the reward and you get the shaft.

Double billed twice. Customer service is horrible. Avoid doing business with this company!

king size is not a company that I will never order from again. the cloths are cheeply made. I ordered in oct 2025 and they are falling apart in Jan. 2026 you do the math. also I notice that their has been an unexplained charged to my personal credit card of $16.95 each month from king size, when I called to confront this I got the run around for 1 hour and 25 minance. foundly I call my credit card company and discover card gave me a phone number to call at king size . I was and I am not a happy customer. DO NOT BUY FROM KING SIZE>>>>> al by the way the $16.95 charge was fou a membership to rewards program that I did not agree or sign up for.what a way to do busness screw you when your back is turned. DONE this has nothing to do with not getting a order it has to do with getting charged for something I did not ask for and getting a run around on customer service and no one and I repete NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IN THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order not realizing that I was being charged shipping and handling of $20+ on an $80 order. I have been trying to cancel the order since immediately after it was placed and for more than an hour this morning -- I know the order hasn't been shipped or even in line to be shipped. There is no place on the website to cancel and the on the phone line I was the 42nd person in line. Once I finally get a hold of them, I'm confident they will tell me that it is too late to cancel, and then charge me a $10 fee for the privilege of returning it. Never doing business with this seller again.

Way overpriced, they ripped me off on the free shipping that they advertised. When I called to tell them about it they said I didn't notify them within the 24-hour period that was never mentioned anywhere. I made a purchase on a Saturday afternoon and called them first thing Monday morning but that wasn't quick enough for them and they said I didn't notify them quickly enough ???

All I can say is this was the second time that I made a purchase from them and both times I had problems. The customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time or money on this junk.
I saw a full page ad in one of my favorite fishing magazines and decided I'd give them another chance and maybe they changed, but no. I will never purchase from them again.👎

Ordered a gift card for son-in-law for Christmas several days before the holiday. Assumed it would come immediately ( like my Lululemon one) Nope. Called and told it would take several days. Did not receive it by Christmas and called again today. Was told it could take up to 7 business days. Canceled my order. What a joke. The whole reason I ordered an emailed gift card is to get it right away. It worked out, however, as since I have checked out their reviews, and apparently their quality is poor anyway. Would not recommend at all, simply due to their poor customer service.

I ordered slippers for my bf's dad on Dec 9. We broke up on Dec 12. I emailed them and they said they could give me a full refund no problem and that they would give me a return label and to call when they arrive. I called. They said they would do none of that and that I would have to pay for the return. They told me to do it through the website. The website says I can't do it and to contact customer service. The website in fine print says they charge you $11 on each refund. I paid $56 for the slippers. They said they company would keep a MINIMUM total of $39 of the sale and I would not get that back. What the HECK, yall do NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Terrible company. Placed an order on 12/6, received a notification on 12/19 that an item was out of stock and they canceled my order. The item was a Christmas gift. Customer Service offered no solution. The cancelation email offered 25% off my next order and it expired in 5 days. When I called, the rep stated that I can reorder because the item is now in stock. Wait, what?? The email I received 4 hours ago said it wasn't. Most of the items are sold by a 3rd party and they have no comtrol of inventory. This company is a scam, offer items that are not available and do nothing to help resolve. Run, run far away from this company.

Very Shady business. I paid for my 3 pair of jeans and also paid for the super fast delivery December 10th… my order was processing for 3 days. It’s December 13th and I just got a tracking number. One support agent told me they’d refund me the shipping cost once my package got shipped since it processed for so long; once my package got shipped I emailed them regarding my shipping cost refund and now their telling me I placed the order on the 11th and it was within the time from of the promised delivery date. I have proof that I ordered on the 10th. So now that’s $50 I won’t be getting back.

On December 7th I purchased 3 rip stock shorts from king size next day. I received a double order. The only authorized order was for $145 at 50% off. The second unauthorized order, which was a duplicate, was for $334. 5 calls and 2 emails later, they could not do anything about it. Until I received the package at home and to call them to get my refund. They kept using verbiage like I did it. I authorized it, there's no other way it could have happened. I'm here to tell you that I tried ordering it 5 times On their website, and I kept getting kicked out. I called customer service twice. And they could not do it because their system kept going down. So them telling me that I did it is impossible. I was only able to do it once at 50% off or $145. Why am I having to go jump through hoops? And make so many calls. And so many emails to get a return on an unauthorized purchase. I did not do well today. I received the package where I think it's like a week later. No, not even a week later, I received the package. I called, and they're using this a verbiage. That I made the purchase so I yelled at them. Telling them you have to stop using language that like accusing me of authorizing and clicking the purchase. Button which I did not. So they changed their verbiage, saying it was a dublicket which I agreed on on the explanation on that purchase. So they gave me a happier return label. Emailed to my email account, went to ups, showed them the scan code. They ripped up in the package and scanned each individual. Item and then said that the system from king's size would email me a receipt which gave me some doubt. And a lot of red flags in my head here we go again. I said to myself, but lo and behold the email came through. But they only gave me the money back for taxes and the items which again I did not authorize or purchase. So I call customer service, wondering why I'm only getting paid $296 out of 334 that's like $40. That's a shipping. The associate at king size told me. Oh, I would have to wait until I received all the money from the taxes and the items back to my PayPal account and that I would need to call again. This would be the 13th or 14th time. I would have to explain myself to somebody. So I said, well, maybe I should just go to consumer affairs consumer. The federal government, you know, just review and complain. Legally complain about this company and lo. And behold, oh okay, it's okay. We're gonna write a note in your account. So you don't have to explain yourself when you have to call back again to get your shipping money back. So either way, I have to call somebody and explain my situation. So buyer beware of this company.

I bought a shirt on-line from KING SIZE. I ordered their SMALLEST which happens to be Large. It arrived and would fit an NFL Tackle. I only paid $24 but there was a $12 shipping fee. Because of it's enormous size I am returning it. Burned again, they charge $11 ship/handling off the shirt price of $24. I'm getting $13 back from $36. No wonder Amazon is doing so well. Never again.

Ordered a leather coat and it was covered with what looks like mold. Discolored and splotchy.
