What an experience!
What an experience from start to finish.
We ordered our rectangular, adjustable table with 6 chairs and parasol 14 days before delivery. The process couldn’t have been any smoother !
The delivery its self was fantastic!! We were kept up to date with expected delivery times a week before and thought the day of delivery. Barry and Darren arrived and very kindly set our table up so perfectly.. it’s the small things that count right !
10/10 very happy customer ☺️

Kelly & Kai delivered our furniture this morning and we were very impressed by their professional, helpful and personable attitude. They quickly assembled the table and carefully placed the chairs on our patio, checking we were happy with positioning. They were so nice and we highly recommend Kingsley Smythe. Wonderful staff!

Great Furniture
We bought at the Ideal Home Show on 15th April. There were many companies there hard-selling, which we hated, but the KS staff left us to look properly at the furniture to make our decision, before we approached them for advice and help. Perfect.
There were a couple of issues with delivery, partly their end, and partly ours as we were on holiday, so we waited nearly 6 weeks.
I was slightly horrified when the delivery team were not expecting to put the table together, but Kelly and Kai quickly sorted that for me and did a grand job very efficiently.
I am very pleased indeed with the furniture.

Excellent quality 150cm teak table and chairs
Excellent quality 150cm teak table and 6 folding chairs, a bonus to get the lovely seat and back cushions free!
We also bought the teak butler tray which really sets it off!
The quality of the furniture is excellent and will go well with our teak garden bench.
Remember this is a family run business, not Amazon so delivery will take a couple weeks if you're not local.
Big thanks to Kelly & Neil for very professional delivery and set up.

Great customer service. I had two items that weren’t in perfect conditions, I rang them expecting to go through lengthy phone calls and thought justifications, and I found a customer service that didn’t question my explanations and replaced both items in 24 hours. The best customer service I have found in ages!

Ordered The Nobel oval extending table, 6 stacking chairs, 2 Bowood chairs plus free cushions and parasol expecting to have so wait around a month for delivery. I was given a two week timeline! I was kept up to date with delivery and given a time slot. It arrived yesterday at 7.30 am which was great as there was no hanging around for delivery. The guys assembled it and I have to say it looks great. Only had it for one day so haven’t used it yet but it’s looking very stylish and well made. The guys were punctual, helpful and very polite. I would most definitely use this company again.

We first saw the garden patio set at the Ideal Home Exhibition in London and instantly fell in love with it. With the massive offer at the time, we purchased the three semi-circular garden seats and a round table, all in teak. We did not have long to wait for the delivery, which was smooth and the team assembling the units were experienced and caring. In the round, the whole experience has been a success. Outstanding Customer Service & Beautiful Furniture
Choosing a company online isn’t always easy, but Kingsley and Smythe made it a very simple choice. Lucy was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process, always taking the time to answer my many messages and questions while I was deciding on the right table and chairs.
