Great product. No problems with delivery.

My son requested a “good” kitchen knife for Christmas. As I already have a wonderful Wüsthof chef’s knife it was an easy decision to purchase the same for him. There are many top quality brands to choose from but as I have had an excellent experience with Wüsthof I remained faithful to this brand. My choice of knife came with generous freebee’s which were welcome additions to the gift. The whole transaction was very straightforward so one happy customer and one delighted recipient. I have since returned to purchase the knife sharpener. I am now looking for a smaller kitchen knife so guess where I am going to look!!!

I had an excellent experience with KitchenKnives.co.uk. I purchased several high-quality Wüsthof knives from them in September 2024, and earlier this year I had an unexpected issue where a bread knife fractured cleanly in half after a short fall.

Although accidental drops aren’t normally covered under warranty, Tom at KitchenKnives.co.uk went above and beyond by contacting Wüsthof on my behalf and pushing for a resolution. Wüsthof ultimately agreed to replace the knife free of charge, which I really wasn’t expecting.

This is a great example of a retailer genuinely fighting their customer’s corner. Knives aren’t something you buy often, but based on this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. Outstanding service from Tom and the team. I highly recommended.

I ordered a whetstone assuming it was normal size like the other one I have (the listing did not include any dimensions) but it turned out to be the "pocket" version which is tiny and useless to me so i returned it.

I initially paid the postage to return it and then when they refunded me they only partially refunded me, not refunding the initial cost of the shipping. I queried this with them as i knew this was illegal.

They should also refund me also for the cost of the postage returning the item because they didn't specify that it was tiny.

Avoid ordering from here as their items aren't described properly and they don't comply with UK law on refunds

Confirming that the item was not suitable as it was tiny, the listing on the website did not include dimensions and so it was assumed that it was normal sized.

UK legislation that has been provided to the retailer can be found at gov.uk "accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds" and this supersedes their terms which are not legal. This site states;

"...You cannot deduct any fees from their refund, unless the item has been used or damaged.

You must also refund the cost of standard delivery if the customer paid for it..."

The retailers points are further addressed;

"Consumers' legal rights cannot be taken away or restricted, and any attempt by a trader to do so by reference to an exclusion clause or similar notice is void and therefore unenforceable.

Under Part 4, Chapter 1 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (DMCCA), it is a criminal offence to mislead a consumer about their legal rights."

Placed an order for a Global knife on 8/1/26 and as I placed my order before the 3pm deadline it was next day delivery by DPD, so was expecting my knife to be with me the next day, next day came received two packages from DPD none of them were my knife,looked at the couriers website and was told it would be delivered on Monday, after waiting all day Monday I contacted customer service and customer service advisor kept on repeating herself about the storm, in the end I had to interupt her, which I don't like doing, in the end I said if I do not receive my knife I was going to cancel my order, so she hung up on me, I then emailed customer service to find out any info and complained about the customer service rep only to find out I was in touch with the same person(Lucy) only for her to backtrack and say sorry for ending the call ubruptly (rubbish, she was rude), I eventually did get my knife 5 days later, funny I received two parcels from DPD on the FRiday but not my knife, I will never buy from then again, customer service is rubbish.

Ordered a product on 19th December that was guaranteed for pre Christmas delivery. That date didn't happen. I can live with that, Christmas is busy. What annoys me is, money taken, no delivery update, communications ignored and the website showing the item 'in stock' and 2 day delivery. I am now on the cusp of having to approach my card provider to intervene. Very poor.

The knives cut great at first, and look nice.
Shame the company believes that after only 1 week of use, these marks are normal for any drying, I mean any air drying of any type.
My emails for exchange were met with NO. I didn’t ask for refund, just wanted an exchange.
The reply emails always passed on the blame to me for the marks appearing… after 1 week of use.
Tip is rugged/chipped, and mid blade browning mark.
Customer services shifting the blame to customers lets this company down. I’d love a pro chef to use these knives, and be blamed for not bone drying them absolutely immediately after use. Nothing like completing a whole Christmas dinner day 1, 2 and 3… then be told, wash up dry up immediately, because it’s your fault if the blades turn brown.
I was also told it was improper use… suggesting, I placed these knives on other rusted items (nope, I use antique silver and stainless steel, as far more robust than modern day cutlery), then a suggestion of my chopping boards… I use wood for veg, and plastic for meat, intrigued how this would cause it.
For clarification, I use very hot water, and then stand knives upright in a drainer so water can evaporate very quickly and not gather on the tips. But, hey, my fault.

I sent a return back via royal mail,they are still saying they haven't received the return. I have proof of postage and delivery. They expect customer to try and sort this out even though it should be

After a slight panic (slight!) my items arrived by 24hr delivery on Christmas Eve - I had to chase to get it but it’s here - thank you

Was guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery with DPD and confirmed by Customer Services. Shipping Confirmation sent, but DPD never received my order. The phonelines are shut until 5th January so Kitchenknives have clearly washed their hands of the issue. Its clear that customer service and keeping promises is not a priority for this company.
I now have to find 3 Christmas presents on Christmas eve because you let me down.

Appalling product quality where a knife is not rounded at the end as designed and is sharp where manufactured poorly. Kitchen knives have refused exchange even though health and safety concern. Did not even want refund just fit for purpose product. Do not buy from them

I got very poor service from this company. I ordered a set of knives but they were not delivered. They were supposed to be delivered by DPD and signed for. DPD sent me a message with a photo of my front door, stating they had been delivered, inspite of the fact I was not at home and did not sign for them (a legal requirement with knives. I contacted DPD and was redirected back to Kitchen Knives. Kitchen Knives were less than helpful, it took many days and I had to chase and chase to get anything done.My strong recommendation would be to go to a shop to buy your knives and don't use online clowns like this company.

BEWARE! ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! I placed an order on 7 Dec 25, and as at 18 Dec have not received. I have had no tracking whatsoever since placing the order and my three chaser emails have gone unanswered.

I have just submitted a refund case with PayPal but guess what.... I was only refunded the value of the items ex VAT and they also didn't factor in the postage! So I'm around £6 out of pocket.

Seriously, go elsewhere. This is why companies like Amazon are successful.

Dislike giving negative reviews, which i rarely do but I feel very, very disappointed.

Update: my refund was amended and I received the full amount, which I'm grateful for. Still, it wasn't the best shopping experience and will think twice in future.

Ordered 3 knives after bit of a carry on was assured knives were sent. After 13 days package arrived, only 2 knives arrived. Have contacted twice, as of yet received no response

We ordered a voucher on the 5th Nov and didnt receive any email.
Contacted them on the 10th Nov and then received the voucher over 300 times. No problem, glitches happen.
Order placed straight away on the 10th Nov and no confirmation recieved.
Chased a number of times, for which they did answer the phone each time and said they would look into it, but never received a call back as promised.
Chased again and finally received an order confirmation on the 26th Nov with the knives delivered on the 28th Nov.
They did include a complimentary gift of an excellent pair of scissors, which is why this isnt a 1 star review.
Nothing wrong with the knives ordered either at the right price matching Amazon.
But the ordering process and delivery timescales are poor.
