Great service and an amazing product, highly recommended.

I ordered 2 knives on 1st November, and it's now 2nd December, and no delivery..... I'm pretty good at looking for delivery information, and, it being a UK web address I was very shocked to see on my order confirmation delivery is 4-6 weeks...yes, 4-6 weeks.... I emailed the company asking for an update before I added a review, and heard nothing back. I've yet to recipe what I ordered..... I wouldn't recommend them, I won't be buying from them again, and would advise others to steer clear

Website easy to navigate, although when tried to track my order I had to make a phone call to the company as my registration hadn’t updated within the 24 hours

Excellent service - ordered early morning, despatched late morning and received the following day. Excellent. My son is really happy with the knife.

Very poor service, my knives arrived very quickly but felt very cheap and I requested to return them, I opted to use their return process which cots £10, not great price wise for three knives but it does include insurance. Two weeks passed with no refund and a further week with no reply to my emails so I opened a dispute with PayPal. Still no refund until PayPal sided with my claim and they refunded me. Any business can take your money but you find out how good they are when an issue or return is used, I would advise you shop elsewhere.

When the item I bought was accidentally out of stock, they contacted me and offered a similar alternative at the same price as the original one I ordered. Loving my knives as they're absolute work horses 😁

I always buy my knives and associated stuff from KK now.
They have always had exactly what I want and been able to deliver it quickly, with a few free pairs of kitchen scissors thrown in over the years.
On the one occasion I had a problem with a purchase they were helpful in resolving it.

Really happy with the service and products, excellent Demeyere pan and Victorinox knife, and we loved the bonus scissors. The prices were very fair too. Will use again.

Something not quite right about kitchenknives.co.uk thinking it acceptable to leave a related retail site knives.co.uk fully visible online, displaying an extensive range of products that appear to be available to buy, but aren't. Customers who spend time researching these products and prices, find a long way into the purchasing journey that "this store can't accept payments right now." Contact with the related company trading as kitchenknives.co.uk reveals the site is simply left out there on the internet, presumably to avoid breaking links between old and newer trading sites. Lazy digital management, with absolutely no thought for the waste of customers' time! In answer to my phone inquiry Kitchenknives.co.uk then offer the identical product at a higher price, refusing to honour the "old" price displayed on the "old" website. Take it down then! Have now happily purchased my item elsewhere.

Visited the showroom today and was helped by Tom. What a fantastic experience. He was knowledgeable about all the products and advised me accordingly as to what would suit me for my purposes. The showroom is quite small and not fully geared up for customers as I believe this is more of an online business but Tom let us go through a good selection in the shop and then went to the warehouse to get a few (quite a few in truth) more knives and we opted for the most expensive knife in the range. We were dressed scruffy, having arrived at the shop from a camping expedition but were treated like royalty (no, not Andrew, obviously) and I'm so pleased with my purchase.
Great selection, great range of prices and a superb salesman. Thoroughly recommended without hesitation.
