I was told about Knight Knox that their service rated highly. I was interested in investing in Assisted Living Accommodation which they have all over the country.
I did visit one apartment in Blackburn which is local to me as I know the area. I was sent various information regarding this apartment. Mathew Bennett at Taylor Rose Limited provided me alot of forms to be completed. He was very efficient and helpful with any questions I had. Suzanne Todd was there when I need any help. Aftersales were also very helpful. Finally on the 30th June, 2025 all the contracts were signed. I hope our investment will go smoothly as the paperwork done.

I had a real bad experience dealing with this company and especially with their attitude towards customer and poor communication. When speaking to the contact@Knightknox she was defensive and dismissive about the whole thing that went wrong and he was not at all courteous about the fact that the development was delayed for more than 2 years and don't even know when it would be ready. She was not even bothered to call or inquire about how the things were moving. She was asking me to talk to developer and their responsibility ended, off course they take the commission and that's the end and I would urge you all pay utmost caution when dealing with this company.

We note your comments and would like to respond as follows.
You contacted our office a few days ago via email and telephone as you required an update on construction. You were advised of the approximate timeframe for completion and were asked to contact the developer direct if any further update was required. This is due to the fact that the developer has been liaising with you and other buyers directly on construction for some time.
It was explained to you that our office couldn't give you a specific date for completion as the seller was awaiting sign off from a 3rd party which has not yet been scheduled.
Our office has been passing on all updates from the seller onto you and all buyers and we note from our records that you have received these.
We appreciate your frustration but we simply cannot give you a date to pass onto your lender if we don't have this information.

Personal due diligence is necessary. However, Henry and the team were very helpful and responsive - even months after the sale. After initially skeptical, investment seems to be good with low risk and excellent returns - hassle free. Great experience with Knight Knox overall.

Excellent from start to finish
From start to finish, my experience with Knight Knox has been excellent. I was looked after before purchasing, during the process, and have continued to receive support and advice in the months after, particularly from Olivia Berry. The purchase was very smooth and Olivia was informative and did a super job of keeping me updated with the process.
