Your donuts are absolutely awful. They are too sweet. Clearly you have decided to feed the fatty western world epidemic for those idiots that aren't smart enough to understand what quality tastes like. When I say your donuts are terrible, I really mean it. I wouldn't feed them to a dog.

Amazing Customer service from Eloise. Everything you might expect from a business but rarely get. Eloise talked me through the whole process to completion, making my life so easy :-)

Ordered the choose your own dozen, which included 4 x Original Glazed doughnuts, however what has turned up is 4 x Caramel ring doughnuts and not the Original Glazed I ordered. I have used the online chatbot to advise customer services and am waiting their response.

Recently this past year I have been ordering 48 donuts for my children's birthday parties and have always been easy to order, smooth process and of course deliciously received, thank you. One of my order did not receive the smiles and guess what just got my smiles added today by emailing customer service, Rebecca manually added my points, thank you so much!

Just spoke with Rebecca about amending an order for our PTA fundraising event on Friday. She was able to sort it out super quick and has ensured more pupils can purchase a tasty treat! Thank you

Customer service advisor Lynn was very helpful on my concern and dealt with the situation in a timely manner.

I emailed and when I did not receive a reply I rang customer services an d spoke to Rebecca. She could not have been more helpful apologised and organised both a refund and another delivery as the original order was for a special occasion. Would still use this company again they just need to sort out their deliveries with dpd

Angela from Customer Care dealt with my enquiry (a large corporate order), explained the different processes and savings schemes, and even placed the order over the phone for me. She made it quick, easy, painless, and was very very helpful - thank you!

I spoke to Lynn from Customer care, she was very helpful and solved my complaint very quickly.

My box was damaged in transit and after contacting Krispy Kreme, their helpful customer support advisor Lynn, was able to resolve my issue. She really listed to my complaint and responded very quickly. We came to a solution that I was very satisfied with.

Eloise at Krispy Kreme was fantastic dealing with an issue that I had with delivery (which was for a client). She sorted my issues ultra quick and couldn’t be more helpful. They are a great treat for thanking clients and staff - have used a few times and will now continue moving forward.

Customer service rectified mistake of non delivery for an important event, swiftly and efficiently and ended the stress

I ordered for the birthday donuts and a dozen original glazed. However the delivery man only delivered the 6 birthday donut. I emailed them as soon as I noticed and Angela replied with an apology the following day and gave me an option for a refund or a replacement. I chose a refunded and it was refunded within hours I the same day, which was the fastest and swiftly reply and refunded of any returns or missed order I have ever received and for that matter I give Angela and the team 100 stars if I could. Thank very much Angela.

Overpriced and sooo sweet I couldn't eat half. Tried 3 different flavours and all to sweet to mine and my kids taste.

Spoke to Angela on the phone today who was so helpful and managed to save our order and make sure we had doughnuts for our wedding!

I had to order a total of 84 dozen boxes for my work sites and Angela from Customer Care was extremely patient, placing all orders, making sure info was correct. She placed the first orders for my 1st site and called back a couple of hours later so I could place the second site. We spent a total of 1hr 40mins on the phone and she maintained a lovely, positive attitude the whole time. Thank you so much Angela :)
