Kroger delivery is a scam
I noticed how Everytime that I ordered delivery from Kroger They raised prices after I paid before delivery It wasn't much so I let it ride Well the last time was probably March They got me for about over 70$ When I complained I got bs responses in my email Making fun of me or pretending like they didn't know what I was talking about Then even managers said they'd take care of it but that Never happened They don't care that ppl r on limited budgets They're intentionally scamming They switch sale prices Raise prices and don't include their digital coupons They know what they're doing to ppl They refuse to reimburse Just play games and lie

Horrible management at this location. The bottle return never works, is full or your feet stick to the floor over them failing to keep it clean. Today the return was full again, so I went to the service counter, AGAIN. Usually they just have you count them and they give you the money. Today the rude clerk said she wouldn't allow me to get a refund at the counter when their machines were not accepting the bottles. She called on the intercom for an employee who didn't respond. After waiting a long time, she saw him and I followed him into the bottle return. I spoke to him and he ignored me. He then pushed around the cans inside the machine, instead of emptying them. He then slammed the door like he was trying to tell me he was not happy. I then went to the meat counter and asked for a manager. They said I needed to go to the service desk and I said that is what I was complaining about. They called for the manager and when she didn't come, they went upstairs to get her. When she came over, I explained what had happened. She responded with, "Well I've not had any other complaints". The way it was said made me feel that she was saying this was about me and not them. I told her that I felt she was not taking this seriously and she responded with "I said I will talk with the two employees". This store has the bottle return machines either full or out of order almost all the time. At busy times of the day, they have one self checkout and limited checkouts with staffing. That results in very long lines. I'm sure it makes the store seem to be well run by inconveniencing their customers. This manager needs to get training. When someone smirks at you and says no one else is complaining, she intended that to mean it is you, the customer that is the issue. I have very high doubts she did anything with the complaint. She would have had to understand that customer retention is important for her to have cared for this. .
Delivery order was over an hour late
Delivery order was over an hour late. I tried customer service chat, but, as usual, once i got past the bot nobody was available. So i called, 8 min wait, had to provide order # which is greyed out, difficult to read in app, then was on hold for 10 minutes waiting for the ‘delivery dept’ to validate the customer service rep so they could provide a status. SAD! The status was it should be delivered within the hour, so no more than 2.5 hours late. I am so glad boost membership makes life easier, right. I have nothing better to do. For a company that claims to take pride in customer service, i sure do not see it!
Update, order was 2 hours late with no communication until just before arrival. Driver said nothing about being late. Pretty clueless.
Poor management Kroger in Mesquite Texas
Kroger in Mesquite Texas Never have the customer service booth open. But they always have a excuse to be close. Poor management and lack of staff. Such a inconvenience not able to pay your bills.
"Dry, Stale & Overpriced"
Got a croissant drier than the desert and a donut that taste days old. Prices way too high for this kinda quality. Staff don’t care either. Never comin’ back.
Customer service counts!
I am most fond of the pick up. They are always professional and timely and all around great customer service and the prices are better if I order online and pick up, then if I’m shopping the store! Great job!
Unethical business practices
Kroger / King Soopers has become the most underhanded and unethical grocery store to shop at whether it is their digital coupon requirement, buy 5-10 items for a discounted price or their new membership pricing. Purchased a couple of mandarin oranges with a Huge yellow sign $1.99 / lb. Looked at my receipt after getting home and was charged $3.49 / lb! I will be taking my receipt back for a price adjustment. In a day when we cannot trust anyone anymore, Kroger is an ongoing reminder and this was by no means my first issue with them. Can't grocery shopping just be simple and consumers not be manipulated. I guess that would defeat the point of robbing people like in my case or tracking our buying and selling our data.
Nasty Kroger store
The Kroger in Duncanville, TX has a problem with cleanliness. I used to go there a lot because it's the closest store to my house, but I just can't do it anymore. I've found so many products that are way past the expiration date and I've even told the employees, only to go back another time to see those same products still there. I found a dry soup that had an expiration of 2020. Told them 3 successive trips that the product was old. My last shopping trip there, that old soup was still there. Also, I don't know about the men's bathroom, but the women's room reeks like a sewer. Literally, because they have a drainage problem. The hand dryer is always caked with filth. I guess it was the location and convenience that kept me going there, but I drive farther to go somewhere else now.

Regarding Krogers in Lewisburg TN. When a bagger bags your groceries check your receipt and your groceries before you leave the store. In The past few months 3 times already I have gotten home and not had everything I purchased. I don’t understand what is going on just a fyi for shoppers.

On different occassions.....
I've had my change THROWN at me, I had my groceries SLAMMED down on the counter, they threw cans on top of eggs and fruit.....AND I was witness to a little boy climbing up the shelves in the soup aisle, and the manager and asst manager just standing at the end of the aisle, laughing it up and making bets with each other, if the kid was going to fall off and crack his head open or not!
And the LAST straw was I had a large cart of stuff, and went to check out. I'm standing there for at least 5 minutes, and the guy in front of me gets his turn to check out, and the deranged cashier looks RIGHT INTO MY EYES and asks the guy in front of me to put the "closed" sign up for her and pull the chain across!!
I rammed my basket into her counter as hard as I could and walked out of there and NEVER RETURNED!!!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CORRUPT, CUSTOMER HATING COMPANY!!!!
Major Issue with Kroger Delivery
The Kroger Delivery system crashed as i was attempting to complete my order and charged me for 10 transactions when i tried completing my order. When I spoke to a representative it was stated I had to wait 24 hours for them to pull up my account to see why I was being charged 10 times, yet they had my account info to try to restart my account. Horrible experience, will not be using the Kroger Delivery again. It is a system error that has cost me $2000 being held for 24 hours... and that's if they resole the issue...

You see I said forget it so she comes back by me I said forget it I said it three times would not leave she was very rude so she tell her manager im cussing at her he comes up swearing get the fuc out of my store I said will. Would prefer to bag my own groceries.
I like the weekly digital deals, although sometimes the stock is empty on popular sale items. I sometimes struggle getting the coupons to open so they can be clipped. My biggest complaint is how my groceries get bagged. I put cold items together on the belt but they aren't bagged together. I bring reuseable bags and still end up with plastic bags. Baggers just dump everything in, without trying to fill the base of the bags so things don't get crushed or fall out all over if the bag tips over. I wonder if baggers get any training.
Goshen Kroger needs a management overhaul.
Goshen Kroger sucks. If you are unfortunate enough to have to use this location, you know what I mean. The small carts are rarely available, the checkout lines are rarely staffed sufficiently, and you are forced to bag your own groceries most of the time after waiting a considerable amount of time to get to that point. The management is subpar; they will stand behind their customer service counter and gleefully watch you bag your own groceries while people are stacked in line waiting to pay. The store needs a complete managerial overhaul with particular attention to quality associates being hired. What this location has now are about half the associates not even good enough to work at a grocery store because they lack the customer service attitude and care for the customer. At this point, I refuse this location and drive to other locations where their workforce is not made up of poor-quality people.
Disguising Meat, poor Customer Service
Wow, what a disappointment. I grow up in east Tennessee and loved Kroger. When they began delivery in Florida I was happy. The meat they have is tuff and disguising. Just go to their site and read the reviews for chuck roast. I paid 51$ for pot roast that tasted like a cooked sneaker, if I knew what that tasted like. Anyway, what REALLY upset me was after choosing contact us, I sent an email. Received this response ONE WEEK later: We understand that when there's a delay in email responses, many customers choose to reach out via phone or chat for quicker assistance.
If you've already received help through one of those channels, there's no need to reply to this email. They just ignore their emails waiting for you to reach out, then don't offer email as a choice. The produce I ordered, the lettuce was brown and still had an expiration date one week out. What a disappointment.

I went to the Kroger in Hampton, Virginia to get gas. You took out more than what I brought. Stop messing with people's money. You don't have the right to take people's money and put it back when you feel like it. That's a form of internet fraud and I will be looking into it.

Huntsville Texas- Absolutely terrible customer service and Management. Hopefully you don’t run into ROBIN who thinks it’s funny to tell off customers in front of their children and brag about it to other employees. All merely because I asked if they could move there conversation and cart from in front of the bread as I had already been waiting patiently almost 5 mins to access the products I wanted to buy before she walked over.

When I heard Walmart and Kroger deliver to McLean County I immediately used Walmart. Well, this time I thought I'd try Kroger. It went as follows.
Order put in at 9AM
ETA between 11 and 12
Arrival time 7 pm.
Driver was either having a mental breakdown or was intoxicated. She actually said, "I know your items were just thrown in bags but I ain't sorry". When she left we were really concerned about her driving in the shape she was in.
About an hour later I received a message that my card was charged an additional $41. I called and was informed I was charged for the "add on" items. They then listed $41 worth of items. Items I'd never heard of, ordered or received. This shopper had added to my order for herself!
Do not trust these people with personal information. I'm so glad I caught it but I'm sure this wasn't the first time this lady had done this!
It appears that Kroger systematically cheats its customers
It is elusive and difficult to prove, but, it appears to me that Kroger systematically cheats its customers. I've noticed the price posted with the product is not what is charged at checkout. I have clipped coupons which is not credited to me at checkout. This happens regularly, just happened again today. I had to make a second trip back to Kroger. A supervisor agreed I had a clipped coupon for free eggs and was charged for them anyway. She gave me the credit. The Kroger employees work hard;many of them recognize the problem, are frustrated, can't do anything about it.

I went back to Kroger to purchase short ribs which are listed in Kroger's weekly digital deals at 6.99/lb.
At checkout, a Kroger employee helped me locate the deal on my cellphone. Even after she followed the proper procedure, the checkout registered continue to price the shortribs at 8.99/lb. She finally did an override to give me the proper price. She acknowledged the checkout register wasn't working.
I continue to suspect that Kroger management has created a methodology that consciously cheats its customers. I would hope to be proven wrong, but the evidence indicates otherwise
They screwed up my order
They screwed up my order. I didn’t get what I needed the most. They charged me for it and then said they weren’t scanned. They refused to fix the problem. I have two broken arms so I’m unable to go out.
They could care less about customer satisfaction.
