Cannot recommend these highly enough. Initially used them to move from Manchester to Birmingham and then after accepting a job abroad arranging for my items and car to be kept in storage. At every turn communication has been first class, and nothing seems inconvenient to them.
Polite, professional and extremely efficient would never use anyone else

Rude, unprofessional, and extremely difficult to deal with.

While carrying out works at a Grade 1 listed building, the contractors were politely advised not to park their heavy vehicle on top of the stonework due to heavy risk of damage. Despite this, the three workers on site ignored the instructions from both the resident paying for the job and the concierge managing the building and chose to park wherever they wished.

When challenged, the response given was dismissive and rude, stating that they would park it "wherever they want" in order to complete the job, even after being warned that any damage would be billed to the resident paying for the job.

I was then contacted by someone introduced as their manager who was equally confrontational and demanding, insisting that "the van is not going anywhere".

If you are looking for a professional and respectful removal team that communicates properly and respects the sites they work on, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The team that moved us from Cannock to Wirral were excellent, Chris, Joshua and Lewis were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, arrived on time and soon loaded up two trucks. All curteous, polite and very helpful. Cannot fault them at all. Upon delivery they were waiting for us with two additional guys so off loading was swift and seamless. You all are a credit to the company. A huuuuuuge thank you to you all. We are very grateful for your hard work.

After a stressful few weeks building up to our move, due to some challenges with the solicitors, it was a breath of fresh air having the Kwikshift team arrive the day before our move and pack up our belongings. They were professional, speedy and packed everything with care, and were a much-needed calming influence during a stressful couple of days.

I used Kwikshift to move my furniture from my previous address in to storage and received a first class service from Charlie and Zak who were very friendly and capable and made the move very easy and pleasant experience.
When it came to moving my furniture to my new address I pointed out that there would be an access issue for their large removals van so they suggested that they used a box transit van with an hourly rate . Brendon and Lewis were at the storage unit half an hour before the agreed time and made short work of loading what was needed in to the Van,
They assisted in removing an arm of a big three seater settee which they helped reassemble when they managed to place it in the living room of my newly decorated flat without a mark on any of the walls or doorframes . The whole move was completed in an hour and a half .
I wish to express my thanks to Kwikshift particularly Brendon and Lewis for their extremely helpful, efficient and pleasant service .

This is a quality, friendly and professional removals company. They transferred all my belongings from storage to my home address within a few hours. The guys were very respectful of my belongings despite some not being in the best condition. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I can't recommend them enough.

These guys were brilliant, polite, nothing was a problem, they made the whole house move less stressful, they packed my crockery etc perfectly, nothing was broken, on time and did the job and all three on the job over two days were polite and nice. I had never used them before but superb value for money. Of If I move again these will be the first company I call, truly amazing!

We moved house this week and it was such an easy, chilled experience thanks to Mike and Louis! They arrived on time and immediately began loading the van. For the items we had been unable to wrap due to running out of bubble wrap they quickly and without fuss wrapped them for us. Some boxes we hadn’t been able to close due to running out of tape and again, this was no problem. They took care over our belongings and were very professional, ensuring to cover carpets and were really attentive, listening to what we told them about what was going where. They worked quickly but in a way that felt very calm and organised! There was a bit of a time delay between us handing over our keys and getting the new ones and they were happy to wait and came to the new property as soon as we got the go ahead! Would definitely recommend using these guys for a friendly and professional service.

We needed a moving company at very short notice for the Chorley area and really struggled, but Kwikshift came to the rescue, and at a reasonable price as well. The office staff on the phone and emails were really friendly and kept us informed, and I never had any questions because their updates told me everything I needed to know.
On the day of the move the 3 guys that came to move us were brilliant (Jordan, Ricky and Lewis) - very quick and efficient, they took care of our belongings and they were friendly as well. They worked hard and made the day a LOT less stressful! I would use Kwikshift again!

I just wanted to pass on our thanks for the absolutely incredible job that the 4 guys (Hayden, Callum, Leon and Ben) did over the two days we booked them in. Long days and a late night and a phenomenal amount of physical work. They were helpful, super positive and made what could have been a very stressful experience really easy and pleasant.

Great experience. The guys really took.care with my items, even though I was so stressed with the move. Very friendly.

This was the worst moving experience we ever had.
There were two movers who really didnt show an inch of professionalism or care.
They were extremely slow, specially after lunch, didnt manage to pack everything and scratched our walls.
It was really obvious they were there to claim as many hours as possible.
They didnt manage to dissemble two of our wardrobes as agreed and they just dragged them down the stairs.
When our things arrived, a few things were missing and we realised they haven't marked it appropriately.
