I just ordered a cardigan that looks super smart .. I ordered green I got a beige colour and it is the worse quality I have ever seen( the collar has not even been finished and it’s fraid and unravelled. There is also no shape to it.. it’s actually funny how bad it is (for £35 I really did get less than I paid for ) and it took 3 weeks to come from china ( Kayla London my arse )

‘Luxury’ cotton hoodie ‘worth £60’ ‘shipped from UK’ …. All untrue claims, items is not cotton, it’s a cheap horrible material, poor fit, shipped from abroad. No reply to three emails sent for returns as the website says, no way to return…. And if anyone has managed this be warned they’ll charge you £8!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or time with th se scammers!

I bought a hoodie, it’s too small and poor quality fabric. I have messaged 4 times through their website and emailed directly. They do have a returns policy, apparently, of keeping £8 for P&P, but it’s a pure scam. No one responds. Keep your money.

Three weeks and only one item out of 4 delivered. Unable to get a response from customer service.
The item received is very poor quality, doesn't even have a label in it.
Don't waste your money!!!

This company claims on their website they have 4.8* on TrustPilot - glad I decided to check before ordering as they've got no reviews here. I'll be emptying my basket!
