Excellent service given from Kytary. Dpd let me down on delivery. I received my item after 14 days since dispatched.

Excellent service and delivery time from CZ, 3 days!. Well packaged and good kit. Great to receive a second package containing a mains adapter for UK use.

Communications were fine however only three stars as I ordered a piano which was supposed to be in stock end of October, only to be told shortly beforehand that due to delays it would be early January - which was disappointing. That said - communications and updates were clear. Had delivery been as advised at time of purchase would have been a five star review based on experience to date. Nb. Updated to 4 star after feedback from Kytary - impressive that they took the time to respond so constructively. I would recommend.

Bought a Hohner "Flexrack" Mouthorgan Holder off them at a cheaper price than on all other sites (even including the postage).

Excelent item dispatched exactly as described on their website (and on Hohner's own website).

It also arrived much sooner than I expected which was an additional bonus.

Yeah, I'd buy from these guys again, and have them bookmarked as a go to site for the next time I'm looking for any gear.

We are still waiting for delivery they have tried to deliver twice and both times to the wrongs address.... your help in this would be much appreciated

I waited over a fortnight with a British dealer waiting for a Sandberg bass that never came, dreadful service and the dealer was quite nonchalant about it all. I took a chance on Kytary and I'm very glad I did, four days later a lovely Sandberg TM4 bass arrived. Good service, good price and quickly delivered, everything the British supplier failed to deliver. If I was to be a little pedantic, the bass needed another layer of cardboard just to ensure the guitar wwould be free from damage. Having said that I would not hesitate to recommend Kytary and DPD couriers a winning combination.

Hi there, my last parcel was lost in post by DPD, I am leaving this review to say that in no way do I blame Kytary . They are fair to deal with and refunded without question. I would use again. Not sure of DPD though

Never heard of Kytary until I started looking for Taylor Tuners. I can only say from my first visit on their website until the tuners were delivered it has been excellent. Great communications including questions I had to ask. Overall highly recommended and I would definitely use Kytary again 😁😁😁

Ordered Tempest audio pedalboard lights. Took weeks to arrive and don’t work. Was told that customer services would get back to me. This was three days ago and they are not responding to my emails. Awful customer service. Don't recommend these guys at all

I still have no answer from kytary, they only answer on trustpilot to show that they are here, but in fact no! They don't care, they don't listen us, i baught a guitar furch little jane limited edition , but there is scratch, it's horrible ! I send pictures already, the french service don't answer, and the english one it's the same ! Shame on you... And the time go fast, the 30 days of retractation will be over, so i'll be ..... Just because they don't Answer !!! Don't buy anything from them!!!!! Buy it with Thomann !!!!! Order number OBJ20225581

When i found Kytary I wasn't sure what to expect, the price of the piano keyboard i was buying was £60 lower than everywhere else i had looked, so i was sure it wasn't real. After messaging their support chatline i made my order and it shipped to me in a reasonable time, around 5 days i think. My account then got credited with £7 to spend on my next order! Everything was up to standard and i was really pleased with the price, the customer service, and the products. 10/10 from me, would highly recommend!

Was initially concerned about ordering from overseas but kytary sold the product I wanted at a decent price (and even credited money into my customer account after the product was reduced!).
Had a bit of a hiccup with the order (they accidentally added an item I didn't ask for) but it didn't delay the delivery at all and was sorted out after a couple of emails and a quick phone call.
Great service, excellent selection of stock. Will definitely be using again!

Piano is good. I've been misled by "we ship tomorrow" not know that it would take 10 days to ship. I was convinced that the piano is in UK.
