Ladybird insurance replied to my feedback last time and gave me their email to contact them I did emailed them unfortunately still no reply from them . I’m still waiting for money to be refunded . It shows how does these company make people and government fool . I should have get at least some of my money back as I cancelled Insurnace within 14 days ( cooling off period ) . I’ve paid £166 deposit . After cancellation they demanded another £155 what a joke .

I would like to give James D a 5 star review because he has been so helpful in sorting out my insurance payments. James took the time to work out my over payments and deduct it form the other payments and lots of things that sounded really complicated. When James D explained it to me he was clear and to the point. This helped me to understand what had happened and where the confusion began. He gave me alternatives on how to sort things out which resulted in my payments being reduced. Excellent work James D fantastic customer services.

I cannot remember the last time we have received such efficient, polite, and professional service. Louise was incredibly helpful and resolved our query within a matter of minutes - from start to finish the call lasted 8 minutes - Wow! In that time she had taken the call from myself spoken to my partner to receive confirmation that I could speak on his behalf, completed all due diligence in respect of policy detail, taken our query and investigated the issue and resolved. Apart from that she was very easy to speak to, established a rapport instantly and even had time to have a laugh or two with us. This is our first introduction to Ladybird and I hope this service is standard throughout the time of our policy - Louise was a refreshing change from dealing with " customer service" I wouldn't ordinarily spend time on review a review however I can only describe the service we have received as EXCEPTIONAL. In the age of automation, chatbots and significant "please hold the line you are caller number 4billion in the queue" this service should be recognised and acknowledged as a credit to the business and Louise definitely an asset to the company. WELL DONE LADYBIRD & LOUISE!

Would not recommend in any way shape or form. Ridiculous charges to cancel a policy that’s not even active.
