Fantastic service in the shop came in went to the bike he looked around for prices for me got the best that he could he also set my bike up within one day got me receipt for my son is well and was very polite and very nice and definitely recommend it bike is lovely just what I wanted

So overall Top Marks..Recommended to One n All wanting that trusted tradesman for all aspects on/of ya Bike !!! My Bike feels brand new with all problems resolved !! Highly recommended!

Trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable; this has been my experience of Ladypool Cycles over the many years purchasing bicycles from them. A small independent shop they also offer a reliable maintenance service for your bike.

As it was my first time ever purchasing …
As it was my first time ever purchasing a cycle , I can only say that the help in choosing the right bike for me was made so easy by the staff. They went above and beyond . I would recommend Ladypool cycles to anyone considering purchasing a bike be it for fun or professional .

Ladypool Cycles looks after its customers, with good aftercare service on new bikes. I have always received dedicated service from Amir and Kalil who understand bike maintenance and recommend them strongly.

Excellent! The owner was really helpful and patient with all my questions (as someone who knew very little about bicycles). I love the electric bike I got from them, it's great! They dealt with a problem that appeared with the rear tyre it immediately and gave me a free inner tube! I have recommended them to friends already
