Polite and efficient
The person I spoke to was polite and efficient and my renewal went through very quickly, however I did spend a long time waiting to get served
The UK based call centre is a massive positive for me and a good reason to stay with the company

Just great service except agreed valuation
Just great service. Nice helpful staff. And cover that I need. Agreed valuation is a bit slow though. You can get immediate insurance cover but the agreed valuation lapses. You need to be able to overlap agreed valuation so that there are no gaps. This is extremely important when insuring a classic car using classic car insurance. I have a gap of around 4-6 weeks where the car has no agreed valuation cover. No point having classic car insurance if it does not insure a classic car correctly. What is the point. Which is not very good. It’s just the way that it is.
