Wrongly listed a product via cosmetify - a different strength of tablets - then refused to offer a refund or even arrange a free return when this was pointed out to them. Terrible customer service.

Scammed. Unbeknown to me I have joined a subscription service where I am sent and charged for a bottle of Ralph Lauren polo every month! I have experienced most petty crooks' scams but this one is bizarre! By the way, their website is fraudulent as there is no family chemist: Mr Landy sold up in 1983 and also they refer to themselves as a limited company - according to Companies House the "company" has been dormant for years.

Cocky, sharp practice which usually backfires. Taught me a lesson to investigate small online retailers who can only make a profit it seems by deceiving customers. There is no "contract" which shows I agreed to purchase a bottle of Ralph Lauren Polo every month indefinitely and I have told Royal Mail I am refusing delivery (but another foreign owed useless service we have to put up with) and ringing my credit card company to stop payment.
Why can't you just play nice and make an honest living without duping people?

Had a good range of beauty products, creams and potions. Have used Landy's before and are prompt with the order processing and despatches.
Ordered Weleda night cream and Dr.Hauschka Lemon Grass Oil

I ordered a La Roche Posay moisturiser - one that I have been using for years. I have never bought it on this website but chose to do so on this occasion, as their pricing was competitive and my usual vendor was out of stock.
However when the product arrived it was different to the one advertised on the website. Whilst I was told it was the same product, and the box was in English, the product inside was completely different and in French.
I asked several times to return it for either an exchange for the advertised one or a refund - however despite several emails, these requests were all ignored and I was told that there was nothing wrong with it.
I have bought other items from this website in the past, however I will no longer shop here as I cannot say now if their items are genuine.

After response: Unfortunately, you still sold me an item different to that which is advertised on your website. The photos I provided for you clearly show a different product as the tube itself is completely different - not just the language.

There was also poor after sale service, as I was completely ignored when I asked three times if you had the advertised item in stock so I could exchange it.

The Post office lost the first order and when reported to Landy they went to great lengths to resupply me with the same with continual prompt communication. Excellent on price and service

More than happy with the service I received - I was stocking up on a regular product I use and my order was perfectly delivered and not over packaged which was great 😊
