Ive ordered from Landys a few times now & there's always a long wait for delivery. I'm 7 days after ordering now & my order is still being precessed! My previous order took over 2wks to get to me after a few email complaints! In todays world, most parcels are literally at your door 2 days after ordering. Not sure what the problem is at Landys, but it certainly puts me off ordering again from them.

Reasonably priced and fast delivery a lot of good products on Landys

I've used Landy's often. Great service. Great value and free postage over £15 is an added benefit. Plus points collection. Everything to love.

Excellent service

Twice already I have received damaged products. Very disappointing

I made an initial order online - based on positive reviews - especially concerning delivery timeframes. My experience to date is the very opposite. Received confirmation of order 9 days ago. Waited 8 days before I heard anything further when I finally received a dispatch notice and tracking number. Today 9 days now since placing the order - the tracking number shows that Royal Mail are still to receive the item from Landys. So in other words it has not been dispatched. No idea when this is likely to happen but even if finally dispatched today I won’t receive it before Saturday earliest - 11 days after placing the order and that’s the best outcome. So if you’re prepared to potentially wait 12 days minimum for an item then fair enough but if you need an item sooner don’t be swayed by the fast delivery recommendations.

They advertise fast delivery its been 3 days and still no order.....!!!!

Had to return two items which I could not use due to having allergies.
I returned the good yesterday and was refunded today.
I think there a very good company to deal with and would definitely use them again.

Found the product I wanted online at Landys at a discounted price. It was delivered by Royal Mail 2 days later and was very well packaged. Very good service, would definitely use again.

Very happy with the price of Gluco balance, however I feel that the expiry date of July 26 should have been disclosed on the description.

The products are easy to order and arrive within the timescale or before the expected date. Very efficient process.

Order delivered in good time. Reasonably priced. One problem was the envelope they were packed in was open at the bottom edge. Just folded not glued. Luckily the carrier had partially secured the envelope with an elastic band so that it didn't fall through and package arrived safely. Failing that it would have been 5.
