I ordered 3 tubs of a particular supplement. I received 2 tubs plus a third tub of something completely different. I sent a photo and requested a refund on the third missing tub. They said I would need to return the tub they sent by mistake despite sending a photo. Being registered disabled I explained that this was quite inconvenient (not to mention pedantic) but printed the return label, repackaged and got my daughter to return it through the post office. So much hassle and 2 weeks on, they are claiming they haven't received the return and are refusing to refund even though this was completely their mistake . I can't find the tracking receipt but there is no goodwill. In any event, it defeats the whole point of ordering online and paying postage if you then have to go through the hassle of back and forth emails with photos and having to return their mistakes. No accountability, no refund. Avoid!

Searched a while for a a reliable stockist of Nrf2 at a reasonable price. The product is very good and I am reordering after using it for 3 months. Whilst not a miracle worker, it does restore a bit more energy and tenacity during the day, and maintains it for longer, with the ultimate goal of clearing out oxidative stress. Very good experience with Landy's, good service, arrived when expected.
