I have used Landys for Quest vitamins/oil capsules before. They usually offer a competitive price and the products arrive very quickly. The website is easy to use and is transparent about delivery costs, which makes the buying process quicker and less frustrating! I've been using the product for years and believe it's effective for my needs.

Very quick and efficient service….well packaged

I have been one of Landys' customers for quite some time now. I have always been satisfied by Landys' service. But this time, I was particularly satisfied because I had run short of an important supplement for my medical condition. To help me, thet expedited my order very quickly and, as a result, I took delivery of my order at breakneck speed. Not only was I very impressed by the service, but I was also very appreciative. I should also add that the service which Landys offers its customers is friendliness and reliability. One should also not forget that Landys Chemist offers high quality supplements at unbeatable and very competitive prices.

Dont order any Lipolife products from Landys Chemist. The 1st time I ordered it my order was still processing after 7 days. I contacted them & they said they didn't realise they didnt have it in stock,so it then took another 7days before I got it. I recently ordered another Lipolife product on 20/04 & I am still awaiting this!! I contacted them 7days after order to ask why my order was still processing & they said they didn't have it in stock. I said well surely you should state this on the website before I ordered, as this was the 2nd time & the same excuse used!!. The said they would send it out as soon as it was in on Thursday. On Wednesday I got a notification to say it was sent out with a Royal Mail tracking number by 48hr delivery. The parcel was not recieved by Royal Mail unti Sat 2nd May, so it clearly wasnt sent out on the Wednesday by Landys. It is Tuesday 5th May & I am still waiting for ot to be delivered. Considering this was the 2nd time the product was ordered & not in stock, it should have been sent 24hr tracked, which would have been good customer service. I will never ordered again from Landys, very poor service

I got my order for Sage teabags , by Royal Mail, 4 days after ordering.
I was kept informed about dispatch so I knew it was on it's way and Royal Mail told me what time to expect it. All very
satisfactory.Ap

I've used Landy's often. Great service. Great value and free postage over £15 is an added benefit. Plus points collection. Everything to love.

Excellent service

Twice already I have received damaged products. Very disappointing

I made an initial order online - based on positive reviews - especially concerning delivery timeframes. My experience to date is the very opposite. Received confirmation of order 9 days ago. Waited 8 days before I heard anything further when I finally received a dispatch notice and tracking number. Today 9 days now since placing the order - the tracking number shows that Royal Mail are still to receive the item from Landys. So in other words it has not been dispatched. No idea when this is likely to happen but even if finally dispatched today I won’t receive it before Saturday earliest - 11 days after placing the order and that’s the best outcome. So if you’re prepared to potentially wait 12 days minimum for an item then fair enough but if you need an item sooner don’t be swayed by the fast delivery recommendations.

They advertise fast delivery its been 3 days and still no order.....!!!!

Had to return two items which I could not use due to having allergies.
I returned the good yesterday and was refunded today.
I think there a very good company to deal with and would definitely use them again.
