Been looking for a while to buy a plate compactor for farm road repairs. Based on a very positive experience with a Hyundai chainsaw I thought I'd try a Hyundai. Lawn and Power had one on their website when all the others were out of stock. I'm usually pretty wary of deals that look so good on the internet but our local machinery dealer wanted twice the price for a similar machine so I gave Lawn and Power my full internet check :-). Companies House confirmed their accounts were up to date, their location on Google maps pointed to a block of flats, but more importantly, a location near the Hyundai importers, and Trustpilot showed positive results since a change of ownership a few years ago. So I parted with my hard earned cash and gave them my order. The result was a resounding success. The 81Kg machine arrived a in a couple of days, delivered by a helpful and friendly driver, the machine started first pull, and I've already had several hours effective work out of it, just as good as the market leading hired machine I've used in the past. I called the company pre sales and pre delivery and they were really helpful and knowledgeable. Both the company and the product are excellent.

What a fantastic company. Their customer service is second to none. I had a pressure hose that went faulty, emailed Lawn and Power to let them know. They then dealt with the manufacture of the hose directly and I got sent a new hose very quickly. Lawn and Power had great communication via emails and whatsapp. Can't fault them at all and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you very much, Meggan

Do not purchase ANYTHING from this company!

Ordered a new mower. Due to it needing a signature on delivery as stated on the website, I left a note on the order for them to deliver to my neighbour for a signature if im not home.
Courier are saying the delivered it and left it at my door (whilst signing for it themselves under MY name), but it was not delivered.
Lawn and power told me I had to wait 6 working days for the courier to investigate before they could refund me (which is totally wrong).

Now, 10 days later they are refusing to refund me saying that the courier delivered it and left it at my door!! A total breach of the Consumer rights act and this will be taken further. Section 29 of the consumer rights act clearly states "The goods remain at the trader's risk until they come into the PHYSICAL possession of the consumer"

A signed for delivery is that for a reason! It should never be left on the doorstep without a signature, especially when there were instructions to deliver next door for a signature if nobody was home!

Take a look at other negative reviews, this is not the first time this has happened. I wish I had checked here first.

A brilliant customer/order service. I’m 84 years old I rang up and was assisted in ordering the wood/chipper on line. It arrived at my home 24 hours later. I felt the person I spoke to had the time and patience to help.

Hyundai HYM530 SPR arrived within a couple of days of purchase by courier.
Mower was easy to assemble with clear instructions, engine oil was provided, operation was straightforward and does exactly what I expected quick start makes starting the mower effortless

If it wasn't for TNT the mower would have been here in less than 24 hours. As it was it arrived the following day. Easy to put together, started first time and an incredible cut. Great service from these guys.

I ordered a lawn mower to give to my husband for his birthday.
The order seemed to be taking a little longer than usual to arrive.
I rang Lawn and Power and spoke to Dave who chased up my order and called me back as he had promised to, he sorted out the delivery to arrive in time for his birthday.
It is rare these days to come across good customer care.

I bought a Hyundai mower, she arrived within a couple of days. I unpacked and had the grass cut within half an hour. Great product great service so a thumbs up from me on all counts.

Excellent company to deal with. Ordered a Hyundai lawn scarifier which I received within two days and extremely happy with the goods.

My order was dispatched really quickly. Unfortunately, on arrival the item had a manufacturing problem. I raised this with customer services who got back me very quickly. All was resolved within 4 days.

Having been let down by a supplier who advertised a positive stock level of Hyundai lawnmowers only for them to then state no stock available on receipt of order I researched an alternative supplier and tried L&P. When I rang no operative was available so I left a message requesting stock level and a call back. I received the call back within 10 minutes from Nigel who informed me that they had the mower in stock and if I was to place an order before 1pm delivery would be the next day. I placed the order within the hour and the mower was delivered next day to the NE of England. (Probably 24 hours from initial phone call to delivery)
The mower was extremely easy to assemble and is of solid manufacture. I fully charged the battery and cut about 370 square metres of fairly damp lawn on one charge with one light remaining when finished.
Superb service from L&M and quality mower from Hyundai.

Bought a Hyundai petrol pressure washer HYW3000P2, which didn’t work properly. The water pressure was inconsistent. I’d followed all the correct procedures. I contacted customer services and after sending a description of the problems and a short video, they diagnosed the hozelock auto stop connected was the problem and needed changing for the basic connector instead.
I had this response within the hour, changed the connector and it works brilliantly.
I would recommend the model as it’s far more powerful than my previous Karcher, without the hassle of an extension cable.
I would recommend Lawn and Power all day long for speedy delivery, fast customer service response, and sound advice and won’t hesitate to buy from here again.
