I discovered this company while searching on line. I placed an order with them last Friday for a 8 tread steps. The order was delivered by 11am on the following Monday. Throughout the whole order process I was kept informed of the progress of my order.
The product arrived in first class condition. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and the service I received.
Would highly recommend this company- first class , well done in this day and age service like this is hard to find

I cannot rate these guys highly enough.
Ordered a Hyundai generator through them.
Unfortunately when it arrived it did not work. The Hyundai Power and equipment People who covered the warranty and support were unattainable. Due to Covid were only taking emails. To which I then found out takes two days to answer!
Lawn and Power however were on the phone talking me through things and trying to help me get it started.
In the end it had to go back but unfortunately it was the Hyundai team who had to pick it up. I had to chase it up for the best part of a week and with Lawn and Power helping to get through to them their end it was finally picked up. Then we were waiting for Hyundai to test the product before authorisation for a refund and we were talking alot of money here!
I needed the generator for my business to get started and Hyundai knew this but to date nearly two weeks later have heard nothing despite trying.
Lawn and Power realised what situation I was in and took it apon themselves to give me the full refund there and then which I am so grateful for because I can get on with my business now.
In these difficult times they went above and beyond with special thanks to Nigel and Taz.
However everyone I spoke to at Lawn and Power was polite and tried help out the best they could and could not have been more supportive.
So I cannot recommend them as a company highly enough and on a personal level, thanks for helping me out during a difficult time.
Will use again in the future.

I bought a Hyundai Lawnmower from Lawn and Power. The service I received from the company was fantastic - from guidance as to what mower would be most suitable, through to sorting out issues with the transport company.
Its unusual these days to get this level of service and follow up from a company - thanks again for a brilliant service!

We bought a Back Saver barrow as we are undertaking extensive landscaping in the back garden.
The welding on one side of the barrow was faulty and came apart - a new sub-frames was despatched straightaway and a follow up call received to ensure the delivery had been received.
One of the wheels deflated, the valve had sunk down into the innertube and a replacement wheel was despatched ASAP and again a telephone call received to ensure all now ok.
I am, despite the problems very pleased with the Barrow and the Customer Service from Nigel and Glen at Lawn and Power has been brilliant especially given the problems that Covid 19 has inflicted on our companies.
I recommend the company to anyone looking for Garden Equipment with the reassurance that, should it be required The Customer Service is superb.

Pleased with the turnaround and quick service of Lawn and Power Team after purchasing a Hyundai petrol chainsaw. This product is a well sought after equipment and the reviews led me to purchase this particular brand. On paper it seems a well balance work machine and I cannot wait to test it. All in all a fair price for such a capable power tool.

Purchased an HYM430SPE on Thurs 11th June. Delivered Monday 15th, earlier than expected. Setting up the mower by following instructions proved easy.
Only issue was that we could not find any way of fitting the clip which holds the pull start handle. Left it off.
Mower fired up on first push of the button and performed its cutting job as expected. A good buy from my point of view.

I would like to thank the staff at Lawn and Power for the professional way the they assisted me when I recently my new Cobra 21" cut awn mower.It was delivered within 24 Hours. i built it up and it is running perfectly. On the 2.6.02 i decided to order anew strimmer so i called them and ordered one which would suit my needs and the price was right. I later in the day got a phone call from a member of staff apologizing to say the model ordered was out off stock. He explained that the model i required would be in the warehouse later in the week. i chose another which was a few pounds more.
The order was placed and it was delivered by FED EX on the 3.6.02 Thats Service for you. Thank you.

Not a very pleasent experience paying £349.99 for a lawn mower from this company , it arrived in a box that was damaged in three parts , sellotaped up by an amateur with what appears to be lacking of inside packaging, had a problem with assembling the mower but could not make contact with anyone., easy to make contact when paying for the item ,...very dissapointed.

This firm exemplifies ‘big enough to cope yet small enough to care’. A number of enquiries made during the height of the Covid lockdown were handled by the same person each time, so he knew what I was talking about and was able to provide helpful advice without my repeating myself endlessly.
I’m writing this in the unusual position of not actually having bought anything from them. The advice received resulted in the friendly conclusion that I should stick with what I’ve got.
I rate these guys 5* because I will most certainly be a future customer because I trust them to do business in an upfront, knowledgeable and caring way. All too rare!!

Purchased Hyundai HY-M460SPE lawnmower from Lawn and Power.co.uk on Thursday 14th May arrived 18th May. Good service considering Cov19 situation. Box undamaged. Easy instructions to put together. Filled with oil and fuel, started straight away on electric start without charging battery. Very pleased with my purchase.

Bought a cobra corm433SPBI easy electric start mower. It came 1 day early which was good and the mower was really easy to put to gether it even came with oil. It started first time and cuts well and is a dream at picking up the grass
It also has 3 gears for the selfpropel bit which is really handy in small right spots
All in all a really good mower and a great service fom lawn and power well done and thank you

I ordered a Hyundai mower in the first weeks of lockdown and, as advertised, it arrived in a couple of days.
It is a great mower but I had a few issues starting so contacted Lawn and Power via email. Glen sent me some info and then rang me after hours to check if all ok. The issue was resolved and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
The price was very competitive, the delivery prompt and the after sales very professional. My sister has now also purchased a mower from here and I have no hesitation in recommending them again.

Ordered two large items which were received promptly and safely with clear information about despatch and tracking. Their website also is right up to the minute with information about products unavailable because of the supply and logistics problems caused by the Corona virus precautions. In such circumstances, it’s remarkable (and very encouraging) that my order was processed and despatched very quickly. It’s fairly clear to me that this company are as much concerned with service as they are about the products they are selling. Well done.

I purchased a Hyundai HYM430SPE self-propelled petrol lawnmower from Lawn and Power. It arrived within a day of my on-line order. The mower is excellent - very easy to assemble and it started first push of the start button. It is very manoeuvrable and makes an excellent job of cutting the grass. I thoroughly recommend Lawn and Power and this Hyundai mower.
