Bifocal safety glasses.
The glasses are good and delivery was quick, but it's a bit annoying when delivery costs more than the product.

Order delivered
Ordered one of these on line at B&Q for next day collection only to get a call to say out of stock. Waited a while but still out of stock.
So looked on Ebay found the same one from Lawson HIS.
Ordered it and within a couple of days I had it.
Well impressed with their service.

Late arriving and poorly manufactured.
"We would normally expect you to receive your completed order within 6-7 working days." In fact it took 15 days (11 working days). Promise what you can deliver and avoid disappointing customers.
If I pay £33 for a digging fork, I don't expect it to have one prong longer than the other three.

Very cooperative and helpful
The product I ordered was not exactly as I expected. Lawson HIS organised collection of the tool to be returned and prompt redelivery of the tool I actually needed. I was very impressed.
