Ordered two Jamie Vardy jerseys for my two lads. They arrived plain. No name and no number. Someone named Debbie denied wrongdoing on their part, so it cost me $30 to mail them back! Terrible customer service and an even worse way to treat fans!

They got our online order wrong but made up for it with prompt responses and posting out correct items promptly. Friendly and helpful staff.

My club! Born and raised in Leicester will always be a fox. However, I ordered a t-shirt and some shorts it was delivered really late with expensive delivery fees too.

Leicester v Brentford
Leicester v Brentford. I'm a season ticket holder and would like to thank the club for the terrible match day experience today with long queues(30 mins) soft drinks took off us it was 28 degrees today. Where in the clubs t and c does it say no soft drinks before I renewed my season ticket. The organisation at this club has been poor for the last few seasons much like some of the football and especially the food p.s I have since heard you can take in stainless steel flask

Yet another organisation going cashless…
Yet another organisation going cashless and therefore discriminating against those who prefer cash. Love the club and owners but not the ethos of exclusion in the name of progress. Just don’t buy at the shop until they allow cash payments - and as for the useless administration of catering at matches, that’s another story.
